Memo to Ascended Master students in Colombia

Dear Shangra-la members in South America and worldwide,
We are writing this letter to you because of the circumstances that have been happening in Columbia since our visit to this beautiful country over New Years 2005-06.
Several people from the Bogotá group have been working with us doing translations of the rosaries and teachings for over two years now, along with distributing them to other parts in Columbia.
A gentlemen messenger in Cali started being a spokesperson for the release of teachings from El Morya and other Masters after we left Columbia at the New Year.
A woman messenger in Bogota took her first dictation in our home after our Easter conference in 2005. Mother Mary requested to Lorraine that she ask if she could speak through this woman. And this woman immediately allowed Mother Mary to speak, and what followed was a dictation from Mother Mary to the translators working with her. This was spoken in English and was a teaching for the three of them.
This woman messenger took two more dictations before she left to return to South America. It was our understanding that this was Mother Mary speaking through her, and I, Lorraine witnessed this experience as being a real dictation and release from Mother Mary, although I cannot vouch for the content being exactly what Mother Mary was saying. It was delivered in English and because it caught us by surprise, we did not record this dictation.
This woman messenger did not take any further dictations from the Masters until quite a few months later. This action proved to us that her intentions were not to force being a messenger and receiving dictations for Columbians. This is a good sign that this test was passed by this woman messenger as when I became a Messenger for the Great White Brotherhood in November of 2002, I was not directed to take any dictation until six months later when I began the series of June 2003 dictations. Neither did Kim take any dictations until a few months afterward. This is a test to see whether their messenger will "take heaven by force" and not follow the inner direction. A messenger for the Masters must be willing to not move until inwardly directed.
So it was shortly before our arrival in South America, this woman messenger took a few words that were delivered to the entire group in Bogotá. Again, she received a few words in our presence during the Christmas and New Years conference, that were delivered in Spanish. We do not know what was said in those dictations, as we never received the translation of them.
Shortly after our return to America, we heard that the Cali messenger had started taking dictations from Buddha and El Morya. He did not initially contact us, but we heard this through this Bogota woman, who informed us. The Cali messenger did not contact us before delivering these messages to the people in his group.
Kim and I felt that things were unfolding from the Ascended Masters, and that according to the dictations released during the New Year’s retreat, that the Masters were experimenting with South America and this Sphere of Oneness. They also said in the dictations that this woman messenger was under training for being a messenger for the Latin Americans and that others could rise to the position as well.
These dictations were never translated and published for those who were not present for them. So we have made it a priority that you receive these translations as part of this teaching on what has happened in Shangra-la in Columbia.
Several other people since the New Year's conference have also contacted us that they are taking dictations, with some forwarding those dictations to us, or asking us for permission to share their dictations with others. This would be a sign that these individuals are following the prodigal of being a part of Shangra-la and working under our greater mantle bestowed upon us in 2002/03.
It was towards the end of January that Kim and I received correspondence from several people that they were deeply concerned with a dictation that came through Bogota messenger from Kuan Yin, where she was asking to interrupt Mother Mary's dictation and speak about her concerns about the Middle East leading some to think that it took precedence over South America and the work that needed to continue there with the new Latin American rosary released at the New Years class.
We immediately responded to this dictation as we received inquiries as to the content and purity of this release. The Masters told woman messenger through us, that this dictation was not pure and was affected by her human consciousness as well as those in her group. This woman messenger understood that this was correct and that she would seek to not have this happen again. So she was allowed to continue her work as messenger in training. This again was a sign of humility that one would listen to the outer directive and follow their direction, and the Masters through them.
A meeting was planned by and between this woman messenger and this Cali messenger to meet in February with people from Cali and surrounding areas with the group to travel to Bogotá. So in the first week of February this Cali messenger and a few other people visited Bogotá. While he was there, he delivered a dictation from Buddha where Buddha is said to have talked about this Cali messenger and his past embodiment as a Buddhist.
People in Bogotá felt like the gathering went very well. But after this Cali messenger left, his attitude changed towards the people in the Bogotá group, and especially towards this woman messenger. It was our understanding that he was insulted by the treatment he received from the group and this Bogota messenger and he felt unloved. He related to us later that this woman messenger had insulted him in her actions the last day he was there in not staying for his dictation. She had to leave early for some reason, which he interpreted as an action to avoid hearing him dictate.
In the weeks that followed we talked with him a few times over Skype and he related to us what El Morya was saying through him. The information was very basic information that had already been released through the Summit Lighthouse. We felt that this Cali messenger was excited that El Morya was teaching these things through him and that he believed he was bringing in new information. And it seems the Cali group might have also believed this was new information, as we talked with a Cali member and he was also excited that this was new information.
This Cali messenger also related to us at a further time that he had issues with this woman messenger and did not feel like she was representing the Ascended Masters. He went on to further spread these rumors to the people in his group and elsewhere. He said many things that slowly were returned through gossip to this woman messenger, to others in Bogotá and then to us.
After this Cali messenger ’s visit to Bogotá, he called a woman who had extensive training with me in Integrated Kinesiology, saying that he was told by the Masters that she needed to come to Cali and work there with her healing work she received training by me during the New Year’s conference. She had also developed her inner communication with the Masters while working with me during the Armenia and Bogotá retreat. Although she does not give dictations, she started receiving her own inner communication as she healed and helped other people with their healing.
She stayed in Cali and the area for almost two months, working with individuals and helping them. During that time conflicts arose between Bogotá and Cali over her teaching the Inner Communications course that I was teaching in America over Skype to people around the world.
She taught the same course in Spanish to the people around Cali with my full support and permission. This woman messenger was having difficulty with her, which could be attributed to past life karma and attachments from the human consciousness level. This woman messenger disagreed with what information she could teach in this course to the people. I was drawn in to negotiate and help the both of them heal this breech, letting this woman messenger know that I fully approved, as well as El Morya and Mother Mary, what she was teaching.
A conflict also arose over money and who should receive money for helping with the translations of the course if she used their translations to teach the course and ask a course fee.
After that period of discord, this Cali messenger turned more vigilant against this woman messenger as a messenger. His gossip and criticism accelerated and many rumors were spread and again reached this woman messenger and then Kim and I. Kim and I talked to this Cali messenger to try and help him see that this was not appropriate behavior for anyone, especially not someone who might be in training to be a messenger and deliver the spoken word of the Masters. We told him we supported this woman messenger and that although she had issues that we were aware of, that she was still chosen by the masters to give dictations and we had been working to help her resolve these issues.
In April, by the intervention of Skype technology, one of the chats we had with this Cali messenger, which one of the ladies was helping translate while she was still in Cali, was exposed to this woman messenger, this Cali messenger, and a few others, used the same chat which still had this woman messenger and I in it, not realizing that we were still connected to the chat. They were discussing this woman messenger, and this Cali messenger was delivering a message he portrayed as from the Maha Chohan, where he would talk to others telling them how they should deal with this woman messenger. Since it was a chat of many people and this woman messenger was invited in the chat as well as myself, she received a copy to her personal computer of this entire conversation and I as well.
No one in the conversation realized that this woman messenger was still on the chat and that she would receive it. Both this woman messenger and another translator read the chat together later that evening and discovered that it had some offensive language and was mocking this woman messenger. This woman messenger translated the entire conversation in English so I could read it, although it had been delivered to me personally in Spanish, I could not understand very much and saw that they were kidding around, albeit not in a constructive way.
It was very surprising to me that one such as this Cali messenger, representing the ascended masters, would speak that way, but I gave this Cali messenger the benefit of the doubt that they were just having a friendly chat and kidding around. But the other translator also agreed with this woman messenger that it was shocking behavior.
This woman messenger wanted to immediately write this Cali messenger and have him explain himself and to apologize for his behavior and animosity towards her. Instead, I tried to calm her down and El Morya and Mother Mary told her that this happening was brought about to expose this Cali messenger ’s feelings about this woman messenger related to his personal issues, and also to teach this woman messenger. It was suggested that this woman messenger learn from this incident and not respond in a negative manner. Instead, this woman messenger did, writing those in Cali in an angry manner.
Because I correspond with this woman messenger frequently and she speaks English, I was able to give her feedback through many of these tests. After she sent me a copy of the letter to Cali and this Cali messenger, the Masters spoke to this woman messenger through me and explained to her that this had been a test and opportunity for them to rise above petty differences and respond in love. She was disciplined for her actions and told by the Masters that she was on probation in being a messenger and would not return to being a messenger until this matter was resolved. The Cali messenger did not receive any discipline because he was not directly communicating with Kim and I, but we would only hear of this behavior through others. And we would often hear the rumors through this woman messenger, which would be biased by her personal feelings.
These issues were never healed within this woman messenger, and she was never restored to being a messenger and to deliver dictations. Although a few more dictations were delivered during future services, she was later told by us that these were not from the Masters and she should not allow this to happen again. Rather, she should work on her issues that had not been healed yet, mainly her unresolved psychology. She was feeling very unloved by the people in Cali and felt that they saw her as controlling and domineering. She could not see herself as being unloving towards anyone, or that she was controlling people and situations.
So the behavior with this Cali messenger continued to be constantly negative towards this woman messenger. Over this period of time we never received any dictations that this Cali messenger or this woman messenger dictated, but only heard about them when someone would write to us and tell us. When this Cali messenger recently delivered a message to Bogotá speaking about this woman messenger and the Bogotá group that he said was from El Morya, we were contacted, but not immediately. Many in the Bogotá group were upset and several immediately saw that this was not El Morya speaking. This woman messenger was very angry about this dictation, but did not immediately contact us. It was only after the women who had been staying in Cali called this Cali messenger to speak to him about the dictation and after this Cali messenger and this woman messenger spoke on getting together in Cali to heal their differences, that we were finally contacted that this had happened.
I then immediately wrote this Cali messenger about this dictation, to clarify what had happened and if he indeed took a false dictation. Several people then called or wrote us that this dictation was very disturbing. Many people recognized that the real El Morya would never dictate in such a way, to speak badly or chastise this Bogota messenger and the Bogotá group in that way. We have not read or heard this dictation, so we do not have any facts except hearsay to confirm what was said. But we do have the direct contact to the ascended hosts and through our I AM Presence and the I AM THAT I AM twin flame. And it was confirmed by the Masters that this was a false dictation.
I wrote to this Cali messenger asking for an explanation and gave him directions from El Morya that he had not dictated this message to this woman messenger and the group and that he was to relate this to his group. El Morya also requested that he not try and take any dictations until further notice, as he was being suspended from any further releases through him.
He did not immediately respond back. I sent my letter three times to two different addresses hoping that he would confirm that he received it. Finally, one of the women in Cali called him and translated the letter to him over the phone. This was in just the last few days. I received a response back from this Cali messenger stating that he knew this dictation was false, but none of the others were and he gave no apologies or explanations as to his behavior to this woman messenger and others. Nor did he agree to cease dictating as he said El Morya had not stopped dictating through him and he must follow his inner direction and not that of an outer person such as myself.
Kim and I teach that one must follow their inner direction over any outer direction, even an outer guru or master. And so we honor that this Cali messenger's choice to follow his inner direction over our outer, or follow the Masters through us. But I must share with you that I received the test many years ago where I was given direction from my outer guru, Guru Ma, that I was not communicating with the Masters or my I AM Presence. My test was to remain true to my inner knowing. But I immediately believed her, which broke my heart. But after a few weeks I knew I had been right and I had heard the voice of the real masters and my I AM within my heart and mind.
But I obeyed her direction to me to cease and desist my communication with them, rather deciding that I would work on myself. And for two years I did not seek any communication with the masters, although they came to me many times to try and open the communication. But I was obedient to my outer guru, while I inwardly knew that I had direct communication with my Presence and it was the real masters. Over the two years I continued to work on my healing with my Christ self. And then one day the Master came to me and gave me direction that I knew was from the real master. I had just been through the Dark Night of the Spirit. And when I came out of that Dark Night, I was strong in my inner Being and I knew without a doubt that the voice within me was of God.
This history is very necessary for all to understand that Kim and I are very limited to know what is going on in Colombia with the Shangra-la members or elsewhere, and most of what we hear and experience is through second hand information that may or may not be tainted by people’s egos and psychological issues. But we are aware of enough from many sources to put the pieces of the puzzle together and come to our own conclusions of what has been going on, in addition to what the Masters tell us and what they have told this Cali messenger and this woman messenger through us.
Both individuals have issues with each other and problems in their psychology that exasperated the conflict. We have not had much contact with this Cali messenger because he does not speak English and he does not write well in Spanish, that we can translate clearly. He has not contacted us very much because of the language difference and we have not contacted him.
We have never endorsed this Cali messenger ’s dictations as being from the Ascended Masters. We could not because we cannot endorse what we do not read and feel the vibration to know from our inner communication and intuition. But we have heard this woman messenger’s and do know that the Masters were directly working with her in the dictations she received in our home.
We also know that the Masters brought about these lessons for both of them, as well as for Colombians, as an experiment in oneness and Being. They both have failed in this oneness and Being, putting their own wants and personal issues before the harmony and love of their relationship with God, with the Ascended Masters and with their Shangra-la groups.
I AM THAT I AM Twin Flame
Beloved of my heart,
There is a reason you have experienced this trial and testing and it is for the edification of your soul and Being. If you were not edified, you would continue on with your ways that might be far from Being that which you are. So I come through my beloved twin flame as a representative of who I AM in the earth. I AM more as you well may be too. But you cannot be this more if you simply will not move into the Light of Being.
And so we precipitate that Being by bringing to you the conflict that involves groups of people. And it is in their choosing to be harmonious or not that we have an understanding of what is obstructing that Being who they are, as well as they can see for themselves where they may be not Being.
If you look at your groups and your experience with this Bogota messenger and this Cali messenger, you see that some of you have responded in like kind to the attack upon your Being. Some of you have risen above the situation to hold the immaculate concept that others would not respond in like kind. Some of you have straddled the fence, not wanting to take sides and just Be, but only to find out that you are not Being when you are sitting the fence and not taking action to eradicate the enemy within - the ego that becomes a tool of the forces of darkness that use that enemy to steal your light, your harmony and your well-Being.
So therefore, I come to initiate a cycle where you will deal with conflict in the future in a manner that is befitting a Being of I AM. I am asking you to form committees in your groups, to deal with conflict in the future. You must set up a way to communicate in your groups where those who come in professing to take correspondence from the Ascended Masters will not have free reign to do so because they say they are. You must decide amongst yourselves whether one is truly a correspondent of the real Ascended Masters and you must do so from the place of I AM.
I AM in the midst of you, not only in your own inner Being, but in the midst of your groups I AM. If you do not see me or feel me as part of yourselves or the groups you are in, then you must go after that which obstructs this oneness with I AM. For I AM everywhere in the heart of God. And if I AM not in your groups and meetings, in your hearts and in your correspondences that you call dictations, then I AM not there because you are not in Being.
Beloved El Morya
Beloved,
My heart is in the heart of Being I AM. That is where you will find me. If you cannot find me and know not what is the truth I bring, then you are not in I AM, but are in anti-Being. And many of you have been in the state of anti-Being, tied rather to your egos and human consciousness than my heart.
I will not bring the condemnation upon you or your fellow chelas of the Will of God in any of my discourses with you. And if you believe that I would, then you are not where I AM. Simply look at the releases that you have experienced with this Cali messenger and you will see that I was not there when he spoke so derogatorily about this Bogotá messenger and the Bogotá group. Do you really believe that I, El Morya, would speak thusly to one such as this Bogotá messenger through a public dictation rather than speaking to her in her heart or through a private message through her sponsored gurus?
It is not my practice, and never has been, to use my messengers to dictate messages of chastisement to another who is tangled with their ego that also involves that messenger and his ego.
Therefore, you must use your discretion when receiving the Word through our messengers, sponsored or claiming that they are sponsored by us. We are not always behind every person who says they are taking messages from us. And you must learn that this is so and not willy-nilly follow every self-proclaimed guru that comes your way.
This is the Age of Aquarius. And it is the age of freedom. And you cannot have your freedom if we restrict who and what you should do and listen to. You have your own free will and you have your own vine and fig tree to sit under. We teach through Shangra-la that you can have your own relationship with I AM simply by Being that which you are. And we also teach through Shangra-la, how you may break free from the obstacles in your psychologies that obstruct Being. It is up to you to use this free will that God has bestowed upon you and that I represent in the Will of God, to rise up to the Christed Beings that you are and choose wisely who you will follow to be your outer gurus. For we bring you gurus to teach you, not to control you and keep you from Being.
If you find that you are placing one, such as who is in your midst today, as an idol that can do no wrong, you are placing that one above your own inner guru and I AM. This would go contrary to what we teach through Shangra-la and our representatives, Kim and Lorraine.
Take heed of what I say here, because I leave you with this message that you will freely choose what is right because you know inside your own heart and Being where I AM. And I will only Be where I AM. Do not look for me in idols or messengers, but look for the Word behind the messenger where you will find I AM. If you do not find I AM in the word, then you have not a true messenger before you. I will teach you in your own inner heart where I AM, simply ask me to tutor you and I will. I will Be with you as you discern with your inner intuition what is real and what is not.
I AM El Morya and I speak through my sponsored messenger who you know as Lorraine. I have worked with her for many years to tutor her to the voice of I AM and she is the embodiment of that which I teach. If you must follow an outer guru, you can follow Lorraine to teach you the way of I AM.
