Transcending
the Cause of Conflict
by Lorraine Michaels

El Morya would like to address the issue of divide and conquer tactics
that are going on in the spiritual communities surrounding the Summit
Lighthouse in and outside the community in Montana.
It is the saddest thing for a Master to look upon his chelas and see
that they are wasting their time and energy on blaming one another,
and accusing one another of wrong-doing and being off the path of chelaship.
While it is true that one can be off the path of chelaship and following
false gurus, or even caught up in false pride thinking you are a guru
yourself, the chela who spends time condemning the errant chela is only
contributing to the false sense of pride that they are better than their
fellow brother and sister on the path.
So many people have brought to my attention that in the small community
of Montana, where people of several Ascended Master teachings live in
proximity of a hour’s drive, that people won’t be civil
and acknowledge each other. Long time friends and acquaintances will
ignore you if you do not belong to their camp of Ascended Master’s
studies, even if you smile and say hello. They keep their eyes averted,
or ignore your advances because you belong to “that” group.
It is hard to understand this mentality. We have at least seven major
religions across this planet spanning approximately five-six billion
people. Two billion of these are Christians. In the Christian faith,
at least 250 denominations with a quite large diversity of beliefs and
practices live and work together throughout America. If a Christian
Catholic meets a Christian Baptist they will smile and talk to each
other. If a Christian Protestant works with a Christian Episcopalian,
they will be friendly and civil to one another, even socializing after
hours in non-religious activities.
Yet in the community of Montana, if an Ascended Master student of the
Summit Lighthouse meets an Ascended Master student of the Heart’s
Center* or Shangra-la, there is nary a nod or acknowledgement. What
is the differences between a person’s personal choice and faith
have to do with speaking and acknowledging the presence of another with
brotherly love?
The students of the Summit Lighthouse are long-time students, with some
of them up to twenty or thirty years of study under the Ascended Masters’
Teachings. Some who remain loyal to their prior Messengers, have not
yet learned the basic element of the Teachings that go far beyond the
Ten Commandments. They have not learned who and what is the Christ.
Some of them don’t even know what the Christ looks like if they
meet him on the street. They have not met their Inner Master, their
beloved Christ self and walked and talked with him.
The reason I can say this is I have met the Christ. And every person
I have met who is the Christ and manifests their Christhood, smiles,
shares and is kind, regardless of my faith and their own. Therefore
I know that the Christ is kind. I have never seen the Christ be rude.
Jesus walked among the outcasts, such as the Samaritans, in his mission.
He not only didn’t ignore the outcasts, but he preached to them,
healed them and befriended them. The Law states, “Thou shalt love
thy neighbor as thyself.” Jesus showed the way to be the Christ,
and how to contact that Inner Master.
What are these students loyal to that they have turned against their
brethren? What are they afraid of, that if they spoke to another from
the “other” group of teachings, that they have excused the
basic premise of Christhood in themselves? Why have they put the Christ
on the shelf and denied the Christ to Be through them?
They are afraid. And if they are not afraid, they are not of the Light.
For if they are not afraid, the premise of their denying the Christ
in themselves is because they love their human egos more than they love
the Son in the Christ within themselves and each other. And if they
love the ego more than the Christ, they love not the Father who sent
the Christ.
The Apostle Paul’s words to the Corinths fills the entire Corinthians
admonishing them to stop bickering and be the Christ. He said;
“You are still worldly. For since there
is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you
not acting like mere men?” 1 Corinthians 3:3
He let them know that the Spirit can work through all of them, and it
was from the One, he said:
“Now to each one the manifestation of
the Spirit is given for the common good.” 1 Corinthians
12:7
He told them the attributes of Christ-like behavior they should emulate:
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does
not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is
not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of
wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
It sounds like history is repeating itself. The Corinth church was plagued
by divisions. The believers in Corinth were dividing into groups loyal
to certain spiritual leaders.
“Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name
of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and [that]
there be no divisions among you; but [that] ye be perfectly joined
together in the same mind and in the same judgment. For it hath been
declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them [which are of the house]
of Chloe, that there are contentions among you." 1
Corinthians 1:12
The Corinthian believers were taking each other to court:
“Dare any of you, having a matter against
another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do
ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world
shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?"
1 Corinthians 6:1-2.
Paul taught the Corinthians that it would be better to be taken advantage
of than cause contention amongst each other:
“Know ye not that we shall judge angels?
how much more things that pertain to this life? If then ye have judgments
of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least
esteemed in the church.” 1 Corinthians 6:3-4
The fact of the matter is that we are in the Aquarian Age. We have moved
out of the Piscean Age of the lessons of 2,000 years on how to be the
Christ. The movement of the Ascended Masters is Aquarian. Aquarian is
love. Aquarian is Freedom. Aquarian is transcendence. The students of
the Summit Lighthouse are not acting from the Christ, if they are not
promoting freedom of choice by individuals inside the Ascended Masters’
body of students. And if they are not transcending, what are they doing?
Who are they representing?
It is unfortunate to bring this to light, but someone has to address
the behavior of representatives of the Lord Christ, Lord Maitreya and
Sanat Kumara. Someone has to question who the students and leaders of
the Summit Lighthouse are representing. They are not only not transcending
into the Golden Age of Freedom and Enlightenment, becoming I AM and
more, they are moving backward into the consciousness of control that
was of the darkness of the Middle Ages.
The Summit Lighthouse has systemically withdrawn the Keepers of the
Flame membership from a large body of the Ascended Master’s students
over the last four years. The membership in this fraternity was not
based on church tithing, church membership or any church affiliation.
The Fraternity was created before the Church Universal and Triumphant
was even formed.** And yet the present day Board of Directors and Ministerial
council, with many overlapping positions in hierarchical positions,
have chosen to delete Fraternity members because they belong to other
organizations or have chosen to join other teachings that say they are
sponsored by the Ascended Masters.
They have also chosen to remove members who spoke out against the many
antichrist manifestations that occurred since the Messenger’s
retirement, starting with speaking out at the leaderships coercive actions
against the Church President, Gilbert Cleirbaut. In 1997, Mother chose
Gilbert to lead the organization from a top-down management system into
a global community of management leadership for the Golden Age. The
Masters and Mother chose to bring the Church into the Golden Age in
the new paradigm from a culture of fear, rules and regulations to one
of love, value and principles. Instead he was abused and maligned by
the very church leaders he came to organize into a new paradigm.
Below is the exact wording of the non requirement of any Church affiliation
to be a Keeper of the Flame.** Yet Kim and I both received a letter
removing us from being Keepers of the Flame, with Kim's letter stating
because of his, "continuing claims to be the messenger of Jesus....you
are hereby removed from your status as a Keeper of the Flame by the
Board of Directors resolution on November 23, 2004.” A resolution
that we were not informed of, and created after the Messenger’s
retirement.
This type of letter went
to untold numbers of members around the world. Yet when Kim went to
apply as Messenger he was denied application because “one must
be a communicant and Keeper of the Flame in good standing.” Yet
he was excommunicated and removed from the Keeper membership because
he was accused of “speaking with contempt” against leadership
in a dictation
by Jesus given through me in September 2004. Thus he was
removed from membership for something he did not say and other accusations
against him that were unfounded.
The hallmark of the new leadership has been actions with no due process.
The leaders arbitrarily make accusations and then base their future
decisions on rumors and non substantiated facts, and then take action
based on these rumors. They have literally become a law unto themselves,
creating new resolutions to meet their paradigm, which is a paradigm
in direct opposition to what the Masters and Mother set about before
her retirement.
The greater way is love. Love is the abiding force of the universe.
Love wills to follow the Light of I AM and the Father’s direction
of Being I AM. But you cannot Be the Light of I AM unless you are willing
to Be the Light of Christ. Although there are different cultures of
students of the Light in Montana, there are also different ways to Be
the Christ Light in the different cultures.
The hallmark of the Golden Age consciousness is honoring the right to
Be who you are, unique and individual in your path to God, no matter
how you may pursue God. With honor is the freedom to Be given to others.
When you honor them, you respect their free will to choose to Be whatever
they want to Be. Regardless of their Christian or other affiliations
you love them as yourself. But it does not mean that you need to make
your fellowship with the wicked.
The author who wrote the Epistle of John wrote so that "you who
believe in the name of the Son of God... may know that you have eternal
life." It appears as though the author was concerned about heretical
teachers that had been influencing churches under his care. Such teachers
were considered Antichrists who had once been church leaders but whose
teaching became heterodox, that is, not in agreement with accepted beliefs,
especially in church doctrine or dogma. Holding unorthodox opinions.
The purpose of the this writing is to declare the Word of Life to those
to whom he writes, in order that they might be united in fellowship
with the Father and his Son Jesus Christ. He shows that the means of
union with God are his atoning work and his advocacy and on the part
of man, holiness obedience, purity, faith and love.
“That which we have seen and heard declare
we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our
fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And
these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. This then
is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that
God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” 1
John 1:3
So if in someone’s choice to Be, they choose to be other than
the Christ, and they walk in darkness, we do not need to have fellowship
with them to be honorable to their Being and to the Christ. But we continue
to Be the Christ ourselves. And in that Christ we might not be friendly
to everyone we meet, but we will always be kind. Kindness is not just
merely speaking softly and never addressing the unjust acts you witness.
The true kindness of Christ is defending life. The Keeper of the Flame
fraternity was just such a cause: “Keeping the Flame of Life.”
And what does that mean?
The Keepers of the Flame fraternity has the answer: “The flame
is your spiritual threefold flame within your heart--a divine spark
that is your own portion of Spirit. In order to Be that divine spark
you need nurturing. Keepers of the Flame tend this fire by preserving
and upholding the principles of freedom and the sacredness of life and
by helping others who do not know that they have a divine spark.
You are not being kind if you see someone without a divine spark and
they are still here on earth and you do nothing. That is not keeping
the flame.
Either you challenge them to come into the Christ by giving them the
truth or you Be the judgment through allowing them judgment of you for
Being. Continuing with Epistle of John:
If we say that we have fellowship with him,
and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk
in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another,
and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth
is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say
that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in
us. 1 John 1:6-10
It is folly to not take this into consideration. When we walk in the
Light, we are cleansed, no matter who we have fellowship with. The Apostle
Paul asks,
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers:
for what fellowship hath righteousness with wickedness? and what communion
hath light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14
There is a purpose for fellowship
with the wicked. Did not El Morya release to us in a dictation
that 90% of the members of the Summit Lighthouse were fallen angels?
He said Lord Maitreya, along with the Darjeeling Council, created a
place where there would be so much light that the fallen angels would
be drawn, like flies, to an organization where they could consume and
drink the light. For what purpose? For their judgment.
Those of the Light worked and lived side by side and had fellowship
with the fallen angels who were drawn like flies to the light, among
those have had fellowship with them was Guru Ma. Was she having fellowship
with the wicked and was she unequally yoked with the unbelievers? She
most certainly was. And she volunteered to have fellowship with them
to be their judgment. And she did that by Being around them, while giving
them the Teachings of the Christ, the path of righteousness in the Way,
the Truth and the Life. Guru Ma was a true Keeper of the Flame of Life.
So today, the true sons and daughters of God, who kept fellowship with
the wicked, and who are denied membership in Saint Germain’s Fraternity
to keep the Flame of Life now may be a member of the Guardians
of the Mother Light. I am still a Keeper of the Flame.
No man may take away my calling in keeping the Flame of Life. It is
not tied to any physical person, but is a universal spiritual order
as stated in the below footnote. Now I may keep the Flame of Life also
guard the Mother Light.
*A new movement that sprung up in January 2005, from the Summit Lighthouse
body of students, claiming to be the successor of the mantle of Messenger
from Elizabeth Prophet, for the Great White Brotherhood.
**From the Summit Lighthouse website. Church Universal and Triumphant
was established in 1974 by Elizabeth Clare Prophet when the Board of
Directors for The Summit Lighthouse incorporated the church to meet
the religious needs of an expanding body of spiritual seekers. Keepers
of the Flame Fraternit was established in 1961.
“The
Keepers of the Flame Fraternity is a non-denominational fraternity in
the tradition of ancient spiritual orders. It was founded in Washington,
D.C. by Saint Germain in 1961 as a way of uniting warriors of light
who pledge to see this earth through to a golden age of freedom, peace
and enlightenment by keeping the flame of life. What is the flame? It
is a spiritual fire within your heart. It is a divine spark that is
your own portion of the Spirit that was given to you when your soul
was born... You can be a member of another organization or church or
a follower of another teacher or group and still be a Keeper of the
Flame. It is simply a universal spiritual order. It is an outer branch
of the Great White Brotherhood composed of ascended masters along with
souls on earth who desire to see our planet through to a golden age
of freedom, peace and enlightenment.”
Membership is said to guarantee
you a free book, “Saint Germain on Alchemy.” I
quote from Saint Germain on p. 285 of this book:
"..the Universe in all of its great Wisdom, bursting with desire
to give you the vital freshness of Being, will confer upon you by direct
apprehension those alchemical secrets which will assure you not a continuing
abuse but a correct and glorious use
of the Power of God unto salvation for all!” [emphasis author]
I might add that Saint Germain above is reminding us of “direct
apprehension,” understanding of the keys to the alchemical secrets
that will prevent abuse and not only prevent but correct abuse. This
is an irritation to those who would keep the alchemical secrets to themselves
in order to continue their abuse.
The understanding that the Knight Commander gives his students is not
even practiced by the Church representatives, by their taking away the
above rights to commune within and speak from that communion and authority
of the Christ within and Be. Does this not remind you of the Inquisition
days? You are denied continuing membership in Saint Germain’s
fraternity because you follow what he teaches.
