Warning of Flooding

The Judgment Will Come - the Question is, "Will Mankind Heed the Warning?"

If it was not bad enough already, nature threw a double whammy on Virginia and New Jersey. Yesterday, September 23rd,* tornadoes touched down and caused far more damage to certain communities than Hurricane Isabel, which had just arrived days before, and instilled far more fear.

Natural calamities upon this planet is nothing new. We have seen periods in history of far worse tornadoes, hurricanes, other violent storms, fires and droughts. But I bring to your attention that these occurrences are extraordinary and why.

I remind you of the words from beloved Jesus on September 10th, as Tropical storm Isabel was just forming off the coast of Africa:

"I am your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ come to you this day in the midst of your decrees to give you a word of warning as the time is now that has come upon the earth the return of her karma for the neglect of the souls who have given their souls to darkness.

And for that reason, we have decided to bring about certain elements on the earth that you will see impending disaster in your area of the world."

The area of our world is Northeastern U.S., upstate New York. Within days, the warning was sent out to the East Coast for Hurricane preparedness. I was shown by the Brotherhood this hurricane coming to shore in North Carolina and immediately sent out the warning to a Keeper in North Carolina. At that time, the weather forecasters were still warning Florida about the possibility of landfall in their area. Thankfully, when Isabel did hit the area, her eye was northeast of their residence, although they lost power for a short period of time.

By then Isabel was a category 5, top category for hurricanes. By the time she hit landfall, September 18th, her sustained winds were only 105 mph and a category 2. But she still managed to cause extensive flooding and wind damage. Can you imagine the fatalities and damage if this hurricane had hit with wind speeds at 150 mph and further north where millions live in New Jersey, Long Island and New York City? And it very well could have, but for the prayers of the righteous. This truly was a blessing for God's people, and an answer to their prayers. And the masters let me know that at the same time, it was a victory for the unrighteous, that their judgment didn't come. Because it would have been far worse, but for the prayers.

A few days later, on September 20th a much milder typhoon moved across Japan's southern Islands as an earthquake of 5.5 rocked the area. On September 21st, nine people lost their lives in flash flooding in the Philippines, due to heavy rains.

A day later, September 22nd, Hurricane Marty came ashore in Baja California, Mexico and caused extensive flooding, forcing 6,000 people to abandon their homes in the capital. Other parts of the state had up to 10,000 people driven from their homes and also the loss of electricity. This was the second hurricane to hit the area, the last one just August 25th.

Natural disasters claimed the lives of up to 2,000 people across China this summer with extensive floods, storms, wind storms, landslides and mudflows, causing 18 billion U.S. dollars worth of damage. Six million people were evacuated and almost three million homes were destroyed with six million more damaged homes. Floods were the most disastrous of the calamities.

Just weeks earlier, reports were coming in that India was having one of the wettest monsoon seasons in the last 25 years, causing extensive flooding along all the river banks, including the Ganges. So far there has been the loss of 800 lives, and 5.5 million people of 4,000 villages hit by the floods, and 926,000 acres of farmland destroyed.

On September 23rd*, in Carrara Italy, torrential rains fell, with 10 inches falling in one day alone. Tuscany is the third region of Italy to suffer pouring rains and severe floods since the end of the heatwave that scorched them in August. Parts of Venice and Sicily have been declared natural disaster areas. Official government warnings have been sent that there could be huge floods following the summer heatwave. The heatwave was blamed for over 19,000 deaths across, France, Italy, Germany and Spain, after the hottest summer in over 500 years.

On September 24th, flash floods hit Tunisia1 in Africa. Torrential rains beat down on Tunis capital, causing flash floods in and around the city and chaos on the roads. Four inches fell in less than two hours, causing blackouts and cutting telephone lines in a number of areas. Further rainfall was expected across the north of the country after its surrounding regions were hit last week by the heaviest rains in half a century, claiming four lives.

September 23rd's* tornadoes to the already stricken Northeast area of the U.S., left many more without electricity, some of whom had just had it restored after five days of being without. Some 300,000 homes still did not have utilities restored since Hurricane Isabel. The new storm caused flash flooding and dumped more rain in some Baltimore, Maryland areas (up to four inches) than from Hurricane Isabel. Some who had escaped the earlier hurricane's potential flooding, were caught by surprise in the newest flooding. Many farmers whose crops survived the hurricane, were severely damaged by the latest storm.

In New Jersey, where they also escaped the hurricanes worst effects, two tornadoes touched down. Hundreds of power lines and trees were downed, with loss of power to over 40,000 homes. With extensive damage in the millions to businesses, homes and barns, one man commented how ironic it was, they spent days preparing for Isabel, and the storm they didn't know was coming inflicts the damage.

The very fast moving storm front moved swiftly through the entire Northeast, dumping torrential rains all along the eastern seaboard causing flash floods also in New York, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Virginia reported many more downed trees and power lines, that had previously survived the hurricane, but were felled by a tornado, causing an additional 40,000 homes to loose power. Outside Washington D.C. there was reported 6 1/2 inches of rain, causing snarled traffic around the capital and flooded homes.

We see that God's judgment cannot be stopped. Although the prayers of the Godly can and do mitigate the returning judgment, the storms keep coming and so swiftly that there is no warning to prepare or pray.

I did some research on tidal waves and causes, discovering earthquakes to be the main cause. While I was studying, El Morya impressed upon me to share this warning with others. Then later, while reading on the current earthquake in Japan, Surya and Cuzco came and impressed upon me the need to call for protection of the people of Light. Those who live in large cities are the most vulnerable to sudden calamaties.

As we saw in the latest calamity that hit the Northeast, in the August 14th blackout 2, the city and Long Island, as well as September 11th two years ago, these are dangerous areas to live during any natural or manmade disaster. One Long Islander, commenting on the threat of Isabel and the ability to get off the island in case of evacuation, said about the situation where she explains the only routes off the island.

"There are five million souls on Long Island, -- and it is an island. Exit points are limited and almost all lead through one or more boroughs of New York City. You can go through both Queens and Brooklyn (snuggled up on the far western end of the Island) and attempt to get across the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Staten Island, then cross SI and take either the Goethals Bridge or the Outer Bridge to get into New Jersey -- where a whole lotta people will already be scrambling to get away from the shoreline communities.

Or you can fight your way through Nassau County and Queens and take one of many bridges (59th Street, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Triboro) or tunnel to get to Manhattan -- and then figure out how to get off of Manhattan west to NJ or north to CT where again millions will be scrambling to get away from the coast. Or you could take the Throgs Neck Bridge or the Clearview Bridge. Either puts you in the Bronx, either headed for New England or the George Washington Bridge."

There are eight million people in New York City, another five million on Long Island. This time there will be no warning. In Jesus' September 10th words to us, he told us that impending disaster was coming, and it did, eight days later. Saint Germain has told us in his July 20th dictation he brings news of impending cataclysm. He did not say, "I bring you news of a potential cataclysm for your mitigation and prayers." He said instead: prepare for flooding, stock the foods and water and all the necessities for comfortability. And he said, "there is nothing that you can do to prevent this forthcoming event" and "the purpose is to bring judgment to the land and its people who have not bent the knee for eons."

*Dark Cycle of mankind’s returning karma which, according to the Great Divine Director, officially began on April 23, 1969 and officially ended in 2002. A Dark Cycle is a period when the Great Law mandates that mankind’s cumulative negative karma be unleashed upon him according to his deeds.

Had it not been for the avatar Jesus Christ stepping in to mitigate the karma of 25,800 years in the tradition of the adepts of the East (as Lord Maitreya, Gautama Buddha and Sanat Kumara had borne this karma before him) that karma would have descended in full at the beginning of the Piscean age. But because Jesus chose to take embodiment and to fulfill his mission, this karma was mitigated by percentages and allowed to descend in a series of cycles that would last throughout the age.

It is the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (see Rev. 6) who are delivering mankind’s negative karma of the past 25,800 years. They began their ride in the year AD 2 and they will end it in the year 2002. They ride in a counterclockwise spiral through the twelve signs of the zodiac. Each turn of the spiral has a lesser radius and therefore takes less time than the last. The first turn of the spiral took 365 years and the last will take twelve years.

As the Four Horsemen move through time, they deliver the karma mankind has created in each of the four planes of the material cosmos: etheric, mental, astral and physical. In the year AD. 2, the Four Horsemen began delivering the karma mankind created in the etheric plane. In 1307 they began delivering the karma mankind created in the mental plane. On April 23, 1969, they began delivering the karma mankind created on the astral plane. And on April 23, 1990, they began delivering the karma mankind created in the physical plane.

On the twenty-third of each month an increment of mankind’s karma descended upon every unascended lifestream who was karmically tied to earth’s evolutions.

Those who faithfully gve three hours or more of violet-flame decrees on the twenty-third of each month specifically for the transmutation of their personal karma would escape their personal karma of the Dark Cycle for the given month.

Those who faithfully gave nine hours or more of violet-flame decrees on the twenty-third of each month specifically for the transmutation of planetary karma would escape the planetary karma of the Dark Cycle for the given month.

1It was the largest blackout in North American history, affecting an estimated 10 million people in Southern Ontario, Canada (about one-third of the population of Canada) and 40 million people in eight U.S. states, (about one-seventh of the population of the U.S.). It was followed by a major unexplained blackout in the U.K. The center being London with this blackout unprecedented.

2The population of Tunisia numbers approximately 9.6 million inhabitants.
Arab, Berber, African, and European influences have helped shape the unique Tunisian cultural identity. The overwhelming majority of the population is Muslim, and the official religion is Sunni Islam.
