America’s
Spiritual Centers

With the physical calamity to the Gulf Coast states and particularly
to New Orleans, I present you with these facts for your prayer work
and understanding of the spiritual state of America.
As we have spiritual light centers in our bodies, or chakras,
so does the earth and the land masses and the nations upon those masses.
The word chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies one of seven
basic energy centers in the body. Chakras are not in the physical body,
per se, but connect the physical body to its etheric double.* Their
two functions are:|
1. To absorb and distribute prana** to the etheric and physical bodies.
2. To unite the Spirit consciousness with physical consciousness.
Chakras are like wheels with varying numbers of spokes. When the
prana enters the center of the chakra it sets up a secondary force.
This secondary force sweeps around the chakra with its characteristic
wavelength creating an undulation, which catches the spokes and causes
the chakra to spin. The more the chakra can assimilate prana, the faster
it can spin, and the more the physical world can interface with the
etheric or Spirit.
Every conscious being has chakras, with the lower evolved beings that
are less self-aware of themselves as God, having less prana flowing
through their forms. When man is being conscious of the inflow of prana
into his being and uses his free will to control that prana (or chi)
and magnify it in the chakras, it will allow more of it to enter the
physical body. As more prana is received and magnified, so is God magnified.
When the energies in the chakras are perverted or inverted, the chakras
are spewing out misqualified energies and the carnal mind and human
ego are magnified. The chakra in undeveloped man is conclave, shaped
like a bowl. As the prana is taken in and qualified with the positive
qualities of the seven rays***, the chakra becomes convex, as it whirls
and spins and looks to be like a whirling sun. When man has overcome
each of the foes of the seven major chakras and of the carnal mind and
human ego, his chakras will develop into miniature whirling suns. He
would then be said to be a controlled Being of I AM THAT I AM. Man is
a miniature potential sun like the Great Central Sun. Likewise, each
city, nation, planet and solar system is to be a miniature sun system.
The Seven Elohim,
God Creators, are the Seven Spirits of God mentioned in Revelations
(Rev. 4:5) and focus the energies of the seven rays in outer manifestation.
These seven rays correspond to the seven chakras, centers of God awareness
in man and woman. There are five Elohim who surround the white-fire
core of the Great Central Sun, representing the five secret rays. Together,
the twelve Elohim, along with four beings of nature, and the elemental
builders of form represent the power of the Creator God. In the Bible,
God in his role as the Creator and Governor of the universe who rules
the affairs of men and controls nature is known as Elohim.
As the Elohim step
down the energies of God, through God Power, the seven
Chohans or wise Lords, step down the energies further, through the Son
or Christ consciousness. The seven archangels, seraphim and cherubim,
and all the angelic hosts represent the love of God and help step down
that love to uninitiated beings. Together these kingdoms form a trinity
of manifestation, working in harmony to step down the energies of God
the Father (power), God the Son (wisdom), and God the Holy Spirit (love).
Together with these kingdoms of God, man may choose to also become transformers
of Light for the seven rays through their seven chakras. In man’s
domain, the physical realm, certain areas may also become light centers.
Each place of gathering on the earth, where men dwell together in service
for God, a mandala of light or spiritual light center can be formed.
Mandala is a Hindu or Buddhist word with its roots in Sanskrit and means
any plan, chart, or geometric pattern which represents the cosmos metaphysically
or symbolically, a microcosm of the universe from the standpoint of
man. The Tibetan word for "mandala" literally means "that
which encircles a center." In this case, the mandala would be a
microcosm of the chakras-- light centers--of the universe.
Earth is an alchemical schoolroom, connected to the inner planets, Mercury,
Venus, Mars, and the Sun and Moon. The Sun is the Third Eye chakra,
radiating out God Vision to all these planets and the Moon. The Moon
is the Earth’s solar plexus, and is meant to reflect out Earth’s
balanced emotions. But instead, the moon has become the reflector of
mankind’s negative energies of hate and hate creations, man’s
inhumanity to man.
Venus holds the balance of God Love from the Heart chakra for this solar
system. And we see that evolutions from Venus, out of love, came to
Earth a long time ago to help raise the Mother Light on Earth and in
her people. It was during Earth’s darkest hour, that Sanat Kumara
volunteered to hold the balance for the Earth so that opportunity for
her evolutions may continue. Many volunteers came with him and some
still tarry on the Earth.
Mars, as the warring planet, was once in its pure light the Light of
the Divine Mother and the Base chakra representative. The Ascended Master’s
teach that long ago the evolutions of Mars chose warfare and the misuse
of the Mother Light turning to what we call the Martian A’s: arrogance,
aggression, agitation, anger, argumentation, accusation, apathy, atheism,
annihilation, aggravation, aggressive mental suggestion; criticism,
condemnation and judgment; malicious, ignorant, sympathetic and delicious
animal magnetism; anti-Americanism, anti-Father, anti-Mother, anti-Christ
and anti-Holy Spirit manifestations in the four quadrants of Matter.
The fact that so many of these misqualifications begin with the letter
A indicates that they are also a perversion of the Light of the Father,
Alpha. In 2003 Mars came the closest it has ever been to the Earth in
60,000 years. This October it will again come almost as close to Earth
bringing its vibration of the misuse of the Mother Light.
Mercury is the Crown chakra and is a planet of stalwart souls who have
entered the fiery core of the discipline of the law. Their concentrated
energies make them quick-footed and quick-minded. Thus the God Mercury
is depicted with winged sandals and with the wings of the mind. He is
the archetype of the messenger of the gods who transmutes the cloven
hoof and the horns of the god Pan–one of the many disguises of
Satan.
Earth is the Soul chakra of this solar system. She is the melting pot
of all the various evolutions that have not made it out of the soul
chakra. The souls must choose to bring up the Mother Light and rise
through the solar plexus, and gain mastery over the emotions and in
the right use of the throat chakra, before receiving the initiations
of the heart.
The Ascended Masters have revealed that India (Middle East area) is
the base chakra on the Earth and the America is the heart chakra of
the planet. I believe that South America is the heart chakra of the
earth and North America is the soul chakra representative, as America
is to be the flame of freedom and South America is land of people of
tremendous heart. South Africa is the base and Mother chakra of the
continent of Africa.
But within the Earth herself, there is a power locked in the kundalini,
within the base chakra inside the earth. It is in the core of the earth
and according to the Theosophist, C. W. Leadbeater, in The Chakras,
the force of kundalini in our bodies comes from that laboratory of the
Holy Ghost deep down in the earth. It belongs to that terrific glowing
fire of the kundalini.
These chakras in the earth were created by the Elohim and Builders of
Form, and not man. Mankind were drawn to these strategic places across
the planet because of the Light anchored in these areas through the
stepping down action, transforming God’s light of a specific ray
into the earth. As humankind increased as a congregation of people around
these spiritual centers, spreading outward, smaller light centers were
created to accommodate the growing populated areas.
So we see that there are chakras or energy centers in the microcosm
as well as the macrocosm. The Ascended Master’s have previously
taught that the chakras for America are:
- Base-of-the-spine chakra
in Miami, Florida
- Solar plexus chakra in
Detroit, Michigan
- Heart chakra of America
in Chicago, Illinois
- Throat chakra in Washington,
D.C.
- Third-eye chakra in New
York City
- Crown chakra is focused
in Boston, Massachusetts
After writing Hurricane Hits the Gulf Coast, detailing some of the karmic
causes for Hurricane Katrina devastating the Gulf coasts and New Orleans,
I woke up the following morning with the revelation that New Orleans
was the soul chakra of America. But how could that be? Los Angeles was
revealed as the soul chakra of America. But I knew this was from the
Spiritual Retreats as I had the memory of working on this as my body
slept and waking up several times during my studies, to bring this memory
into my conscious awareness.
So I asked and worked on this new revelation as the morning went on.
And it became clear that we have another set of chakras for America.
The previously given cities are in the mental/etheric body of America.
The mental body is of the mind or air quadrant and is governed by fire
and air. Pollution of the air plagues all of these cities, far greater
than the general populated areas. New York City has the worst air pollution
in the United States, affecting across the river into New Jersey (the
second most polluted air.) The third most polluted was Washington D.C.;
and Massachusetts, where Boston is, coming in fourth. Although Boston
is on the ocean, and subject to ocean breezes, the high concentration
of cars causes excess ozone to stay near the ground level. Detroit’s
levels were more than 257 times EPA's safe concentrations and Chicago’s
was about the same, ranking the highest air polluted city in the state
with Illinois being the 10th most air polluted state. Miami was about
the same as Boston, and also affected by the high concentration of vehicles.
The following cities I received as the emotional body chakras of America
are listed below. Each city is covered in detail further below and links
are on each city name for quick reference to that city.
As I studied each city, the
first thing that became clear to me was the connection of water. San
Diego and Portsmouth are both naval cities on the ocean, as well as
ports, as well as New Orleans, except it is on the Gulf of Mexico. New
Orleans has also the Mississippi River bordering the city. Minneapolis
is also bordered by the Mississippi River, and Albany by the Hudson
River and Flint by the Flint River. Philadelphia is bordered by the
Delaware River with the Schuylkill River running through it.
The emotional body is governed by the water element, one of the four
elements of earth, air, fire and water. This body is tied up with the
subconscious mind (the mind of the soul/mother) in the evolving souls,
and in the earth it is directly tied to the astral plane and our most
intense desires and momentums. The astral plane is a frequency of time
and space beyond the physical and below the mental plane. It is the
collective unconscious of the race and the repository of all of man’s
thoughts and feelings, conscious and unconscious.
The astral plane has taken on a connotation of being a place of darkness.
Because mankind have “muddied” the waters, so to speak,
the astral plane has become a darkened sea of mankind’s pollution
of their negative thoughts and feelings whereby the earth is encircled
by this sea that is blocking the light of the Sun. Many new age devotees
of today have formed a direct link to this astral plane, communicating
with the dead who have not transcended to the lower levels of heaven
between embodiments. So many of the so-called “psychics”
are connecting to the astral and disembodied beings. In order to connect
to the higher realms, one must raise their consciousness out of the
mud of the ego illusions and duality consciousness, and contact the
Ascended Masters who have transcended time and space and become masters
in the various God flames and Rays.
The human ego is the main contributor to the root cause of emotional
misqualified energies muddying the astral plane and in the chakras of
the emotional body of the planet. Instead of magnifying God love in
charity, forgiveness and gratitude through these chakras, the predominant
energies which are being released are anger and unbridled emotions of
lust and greed.
We find in these cities a predominant culture of “anything goes”
mentality, based on sexual perversions. Sex is used for gain, for control
and for wanton displays of the physical body in public domains. Besides
the primary cause -- sexual perversions in these cities -- we also find
desires for the fulfillment of sex as a means to control society and
the people. Gay marriages are promoted as the acceptable institution
in couples. Children are taught in schools homosexuality as a normal
relationship. Children are also directed that there are no standards
in the marriage institution, with the breaking down of social standards
of acceptable behavior towards marriage and the having of children.
Children are conceived outside of marriage and abortion is used as the
means of birth control.
Portsmouth
Portsmouth, New Hampshire
sits near the mouth of the Piscataqua River, a short, wide river that
divides New Hampshire and Maine. It is the third oldest city in the
United States and has the country's first Naval shipyard. It is a unique
city from any major city in the United States as the racial makeup of
that city is 93% Caucasian. The average racial mix for most major cities
around the United States is about 58% Caucasian with either a large
African/American percentage or Hispanic/Latino.
Portsmouth is the focus of throat chakra in the emotional body. It is
no coincidence that the name carries the word, “mouth” as
this chakra is meant to express God Power through the throat center.
As the throat chakra in the mental quadrant expresses the voice of the
government, the emotional chakra is to express the voice of culture
in the arts and beauty and in the expression of love of the Father/Mother
God, from Alpha to Omega, represented in the relationship of male and
female.
The other outstanding facet of the city of Portsmouth is its Gay/Lesbian
population. The city rates 146 on the Gay/Lesbian scale, with the U.S.
average at 100. Almost half of the city is between the ages of 25 and
45 years old. The city is known for its arts and entertainment. In June
a week long Percussive Dance Jazz Festival is held and the city is known
as the hot spot for percussive dance, jazz dance, hip hop, jazz vernacular,
jazz tap, and African dance and drumming. Portsmouth is a town of 20,000,
yet it as no less than six theatres for the performing arts with gay
themes and adult situations which are recommended for viewing by mature
audiences.
The City counsel has said that Portsmouth is poor, hemmed in, has stalled
property values, expensive building needs and a shrinking retail base.
There is a frustration here because of the desire to express the arts
for gain. There is not that much money in hometown theatres or dance
classes.
Without the traditional family units, there is not the sense of satisfaction
in the fulfillment of having children and raising families in same sex
relationships. which leads to the sense of injustice. There is frustration
from the lack of the sense of fulfillment in the expression of the soul
through the creation of art, beauty, children or abundance. And the
injustice leads to the misuse of the throat chakra in criticism, condemnation
and judgment, which is the perversion of the throat chakra.
In 1999 the Portsmouth City Council worked with the Portsmouth and South
East Hampshire Gay Men’s Health Promotion Service to compile a
study on the mental health of gay men and the violence and prejudice
against them. The title of their report was Violence Against The Lesbian
and Gay Community in Portsmouth, showing that there was both a sense
of injustice in the town and criticism, both from the gay community
to the heterosexual community and the heterosexual to the gay community.
The basis of this frustration and injustice stems from the misuse of
the desire body in in disobedience to the Laws of God, the natural laws
of life, of procreation and of the expression of Being.
Philadelphia
 The
“City of Brotherly Love" is the heart chakra of emotional
body of America. The city received its Greek name from William
Penn, an early Quaker immigrant to America and strong supporter
of equal rights to all regardless of sex or race. Penn hoped that the
city, as the capital of his new colony founded on principles of freedom
and religious tolerance, would be a model of this philosophy. Philadelphia
was a major center of the independence movement during the American
Revolutionary War. The Declaration of Independence and US Constitution
were drafted in Philadelphia and signed in the city's Independence Hall.
Philadelphia was the largest city in America until 1830. Today it is
the fifth most populous city in the nation, with a population of a million
and a half. Including the entire metropolitan area there are now some
6.2 million people.
 Philadelphia
is one of the oldest and most historically significant cities in the
United States. It has played a critical role in American history and
the birth of American independence, democracy, and freedom. During part
of the 18th century, the city was the second capital for a decade and
was the most populous city, eclipsing Boston and New York City in political
and social importance, with Benjamin Franklin playing an extraordinary
role in Philadelphia's rise.
The heart is the fount of life, and out of it come the issues of life.
Out of the heart is meant to be the love of the Son, through the Christ
consciousness and the place where the carnal mind is dethroned and is
made the master of the temple and the master of our life. The heart
chakra is the central force of Being in you. It is the seat of all life,
all living, all giving, all flowing, all energy received from God. It
is in through the heart that all the other chakras are distributed their
light.
Although the third eye may be open, it is not the measure of spiritual
attainment, but the opening of the heart. And the only way the soul
force can be liberated in all the other chakras is by the light that
has been anchored in the central chakra, the heart.
Gautama Buddha has said that although you may be missing an organ and
even a chakra through injury, the heart must beat on and on, one with
God. And that we must restore the nations through receiving a divine
impetus. He said, “As Chicago goes, so goes the nation.”
Chicago is the heart chakra in the mental body, along with Philadelphia
in the emotional body. ****
Philadelphia is a city of equal divisions in the Caucasians and African/Americans,
with both hovering around 45% of the population.
Blessed ones, there are organs and even chakras that may be missing
by injury. But the heart must beat on and forever beat on, one with
the heart of God. Therefore, the restoration of nations must receive
a divine impetus. And the saying must now be “As Chicago goes,
so goes the nation.”
The biggest local problem in the eyes of Philadelphia residents is crime
and violence, naming it as the top local issue. 60 percent of white
residents say the police treat everyone equally, while 58 percent of
African-American residents disagree. The truth of the matter is that
racial tensions are high in Philadelphia, with seven Philly neighborhoods
haunted by racial divisions. In Grays Ferry, hatred abounds between
the races. White men jump blacks for a wrong look, black kids jump white
kids on their way to school. Residents say the hatred has been around
for almost a hundred years.
 It
is estimated that almost 40% of the people living in the city have some
type of drug addiction problem. In several neighborhoods the percentage
of people living in poverty is over 40% and 38% of children live at
or below the poverty line. Philadelphia is one of the most segregated
cities in the country. North Philly district is no exception. North
Philly is predominantly working class, African/Americans and some Hispanics.
It is the poorest part of the city with high crime and unfettered poverty
earning it the reputation as a slum of Philadelphia. It is the yellow
districts in the picture to the left, and you notice in the middle,
or heart of Philadelphia.
Here we see the self-pity, the inharmony in the gangs and warfare
in the streets. Philly was once called the "youth gang capital"
of the nation. Where peace and harmony should reign, after school fights
that often lead to someone getting murdered as the norm. The public
education system in Philadelphia is one of the worst in the country.
There is a drop out rate of almost 50%. Drugs are an integral part of
this poverty and gangs as large as 100 members control the streets.
Often these gangs of the poorest neighborhoods are fighting each other,
rivaling for territory and just picking fights to fight out of hate
and anger.
Out of these negative emotions in the perversion of love, comes selfishness,
self-love and idolatry. The leaders of the gangs are idolatrized as
the role models of these youth. There is often a lack of a strong father
figure in these youth’s lives, with 72% of the city's children
living in a home where no father is present and so they look to the
gang as their strong leader.
Throughout Philadelphia's history the themes of freedom, justice, liberty,
unity and equality for all reverberate. However, for many of the city's
current residents these ideals are beyond their experience. Instead,
drugs, poor educational and job opportunities is the norm. The core
issue behind the self-pity leading to selfishness and self-love is the
people’s doubt and fear. The faith and trust in God is lacking,
replaced by the human ego and its selfish fulfillment. Service, sacrifice,
selflessness and surrender are the virtues of the heart needed to lift
the people out of their downward spiral of the emotional perversions
of hate and anger.
Flint
Flint was founded in 1819,
by a fur trader, and not incorporated until 1855. The city has been
largely an industrial community, starting with the building of carriages,
then automobiles and with being a major contributor of tanks and other
war material during World War II, thanks to its heavy manufacturing
facilities.
Flint is the crown chakra in the emotional body of America. The city
received its name from the Flint River, which runs through it. Just
saying the name brings up the description of its energies: hardness
and the use as a tool. Flint is a hard, fine-grained quartz that sparks
when struck with steel. It is used in lighters to ignite the fuel. Flint
was also used by prehistoric humans as a tool.
Flint is only 60 miles northwest of Detroit, the solar plexus chakra
of America in the mental body, and the birthplace of the United Auto
Workers (UAW). The UAW was one of the first major unions that was willing
to organize African-American workers, which increased its ability to
garner enough support to win recognition through election -- despite
the racial prejudice of many workers.
In 1908 Billy Durant, of Flint, founded one of America’s top auto
firms, General Motors. He had previously made Flint the largest carriage
maker in the U.S. By 1900, several mechanics had been tinkering with
gas-powered horseless carriages, but costs were high and quality was
low. Durant thought cars were smelly, noisy, and dangerous. He had even
refused to let his daughter ride in one. But instead of calling for
government safety regulations, he thought about improving the Buick,
a local car with few sales and large debts.
He entered the Buick in a New York auto show—and came home with
orders for 1,108 cars: not bad considering that only 37 Buicks had ever
been made. He bought Cadillac for its luxury cars and formed General
Motors in 1908 by consolidating thirteen more car companies and ten
parts-and-accessories manufacturers. In 1908, after just four years
making cars, he had the best-selling car in the business. The carriage
king had become the auto genius.
The misuse of the crown chakra in the emotional body starts with intrigue.
And intrigue came to the light of day in GM in 1911, only a few shorts
years after its founding, and has continued ever since. General Motors
was losing money and Ford was selling more cars, prompting a group of
Boston stockholders to oust Durant from leadership at General Motors,
thinking that the losses were due to Durant’s risk-taking brashness.
Durant was resilient, however and with capital and expertise he mustered
from friends, he started making the Chevrolet, a new economy car that
quickly captured a large share of the market. Durant then cleverly traded
much of his Chevrolet stock for GM stock, and soon held a controlling
interest in both companies. In 1916, he triumphantly returned to GM
for a final four-year term in the driver’s seat. Durant lost interest
in his business and turned to Wall Street, and eventually was ousted
again from his company as more intrigue played out.
The intrigue continued through the auto industry. The UAW had only been
formed in 1935 when it decided that it could not survive by piecemeal
organizing campaigns at smaller plants, as it had in the past, but that
it could only organize the automobile industry by going after its biggest
and most powerful employer, General Motors Corporation, focusing on
GM's production complex in Flint, Michigan. What followed in Flint changed
the United Automobile Workers from a collection of isolated locals on
the fringes of the industry into a major union and led to the unionization
of the United States automobile industry. A strike was arranged.
The UAW officer in charge of the organizing campaign in Flint, recalled,
when he visited Flint in 1936 receiving a telephone call within a few
minutes of checking into his hotel from an anonymous caller telling
him to get back where he came from if he didn’t "want to
be carried out in a wooden box. The Flint campaign was a difficult and
dangerous plan. GM controlled city politics in Flint and kept a close
eye on outsiders. GM also maintained an extensive network of spies throughout
its plants and it was determined that the existing locals were corrupt
and riddled with spies. So the UAW met with Flint autoworkers in their
homes, keeping the names of new members a closely guarded secret from
others in Flint and in UAW headquarters. After finding the vulnerable
areas in the plant, UAW led a sit-down strike in December 1936 In a
sit-down strike, the workers physically occupy the plant, keeping management
and others out. The strikers elected their own "Mayor" and
other civic officials and maintaining the plant throughout the month
long strike. The Union kept up a regular supply of food to the strikers
inside while sympathizers marched in support outside.
A state court judge issued
an injunction ordering the strikers to leave the plant. The UAW discovered,
through investigative work, that the judge held roughly $200,000 in
GM stock, which disqualified him from hearing any case involving GM.
The Flint police attempted to enter the plant but the strikers turned
fire hoses on the police and after several attempts, they withdrew.
GM obtained a second injunction against the strike which the union not
only ignored the order, but spread the strike to another plant. GM was
forced to bargain with the Union and signed a one page agreement that
recognized the UAW as the exclusive bargaining representative for GM's
employees who were members of the union for the next six months. As
short as this agreement was, it gave the UAW instant legitimacy. The
UAW capitalized on that opportunity, signing up 100,000 GM employees
and building the Union's strength through grievance strikes at GM plants
throughout the country.
The karma returned a few decades later. In 1978 GM started eliminating
workers and closing plants in Flint, as well as across North America.
In 1984 GM brought together a half dozen factories to form a massive
complex and dubbed it Buick City. It was GM's answer to rival Toyota
City and a symbol of the US carmaker's determination to fight foreign
competition. But GM decided to eliminate the factory in the 90’s.
The Local 599 leadership went so far as to spend $4 million to place
full-page ads in the Wall Street Journal and Investor's Business Daily,
aimed at convincing GM stockholders that they would get a better return
on their investment if the Buick City plant were kept open, and a different
UAW plant was closed down. But to no avail, the last doors were closed
in Flint in 1999. The world's largest carmaker has eliminated over a
quarter of a million jobs, including nearly 50,000 in the Flint area
alone. The official unemployment rate in the city went to 9.7 percent,
more than double the state average.
Conspiracy within UAW against its own members was occurring. The UAW
was unwilling and incapable of resisting GM's unrelenting downsizing.
On the contrary, in the name of boosting GM's competitiveness and profitability,
the UAW has aided GM in cutting labor costs and suppressed every struggle
by rank-and-file autoworkers against plant closings and mass layoffs.
In 1998, two strikes erupted at GM parts plants in Flint, which virtually
closed the automaker's North American operations. While hundreds of
thousands of auto workers in Flint and elsewhere were seeking to fight
GM's attack on jobs, the UAW agreed to a contract that eliminated 1,300
of the 9,200 strikers' jobs, paved the way for further plant closings
and layoffs. Strikers saw GM's actions in Flint as an expression of
company executives' dishonesty, greed and ruthlessness, the chairman
of GM was receiving 7.1 million dollars a year. Workers wanted to defend
their jobs and living standards, GM wanted the unrestricted right to
eliminate jobs, increase productivity and shift work to take advantage
of cheaper labor elsewhere.
Some of the conspiracy and intrigue came to light within the UAW in
1999. In May 2001 the Detroit Free Press took three days to print a
series of articles on the UAW’s widespread corruption, from the
shop floor to union headquarters where some of the things exposed were
padded salaries and misuse of joint funds.
The infamous Roger Moore, son of a Flint auto worker, and creator of
the Fahrenheit 9/11 documentary, started his film career with 1989’s
with “Roger & Me,“ a comical political propaganda documentary
on the effects of GM’s plant closings in his hometown of Flint.
During that film he perfected his cheap-shot, ambush-interview technique
by constantly hounding the chairman of General Motors, Roger B. Smith,
about why GM closed a car-manufacturing plant in Flint, devastating
the region’s economy even while GM allegedly posted record profits.
Also highlighted in Moore's documentary was the failure of city officials
to reverse the trends with entertainment options (e.g. Six Flags' AutoWorld,
which was a huge financial fiasco) during the 1980s.
The lies, conspiracy and intrigue continued from Flint, with Moore in
his 2004 documentary “Fahrenheit 9/11.” Moore, is known
as an unabashed radical leftist and critics of this film comment that
this documentary is basically a lie masquerading as a documentary, mixing
truth with a lot of unsubstantiated theories. Moore claims in this film
that the Bush family ties to Saudi Arabia and the bin Laden family have
connections in Unocal Oil Company. He weaves a self-contradictory web
of half-connections and coincidences to imply that the war in Afghanistan
was not a retaliatory attack for that country’s harboring of Osama
bin Laden and al-Qaeda but because of the Unocal Oil Company connection.
This company just happens to have headquarters in Texas, the same state
where George W. Bush was governor, who wanted to build a natural gas
pipeline from the Caspian Sea to the Persian Gulf. So he implies that
the U.S. had to first conquer Afghanistan before moving on to Iraq to
facilitate this profit-making venture, although he doesn’t mention
that Unocal pulled out of that deal before 9/11 ever happened. In an
interview with a London-based newspaper The Guardian he bragged that
he had snuck film crews into Iraq to document improper acts committed
by soldiers.
 Today
the city of Flint is trying to recover from the massive job losses.
The town is made up of 41% Caucasians and 53% African/American’s.
The city suffers the highest or near-highest per capita rates of murder,
rape, and theft in the nation. Flint was declared the unemployment capital
of the country, and in 1986 Money Magazine qualified it as the worst
place to live in the United States. Unable to pay its debt, the city
was placed into receivership by the state of Michigan in 2002. Factors
such as the loss of 50,000 General Motors jobs and the subsequent out-county
population migration left the core city with many problems such as a
proliferation of abandoned buildings and the highest child poverty rates
in Michigan.
The continuing intrigue, dishonesty and lies over this last century
in this nation’s emotion crown chakra, is outpictured in the oppressed
people in the dislike and hatred towards the controlling power elite
in the UAW and the auto industries. The cause of this intrigue starts
in envy and jealous and ignorance of the law. What every person has
or does not have is based on their karma, as well as right desire.
The people in Flint have the choice today to live in reality, the reality
of truth. They have the choice to love, instead of hate those who they
had depended on, both in the UAW and GM. GM had every right to pull
out of the city. What had the people done to GM? Through their excessive
desire to want more that others had, they allowed the UAW to push GM
right out of the state, and not only the state, but the consequences
were national. GM has gone out of the country to get cheaper labor.
The voice of the UAW turned from representing the people, to representing
itself, as a beast of hatred infiltrated by treachery.
Albany, New York
Albany is the State capital
of New York and is the Third Eye chakra, the only emotional chakra to
share the same mental chakra within such a close proximity. New York
City is the Third Eye chakra, and is approximately 150 miles south of
Albany. Both cities lie on the Hudson River. This bears a closer look
as to the reason of this proximity.
Albany was one of the earlier permanent settlements in the 13 original
American colonies. Henry Hudson discovered Albany while seeking a shorter
route to the far-east in 1609. Soon after, Dutch merchants settled here
to bring furs from the north and ship them to Europe. The area grew
in size as it became the gateway to the northeast passage. In 1624 Fort
Orange, the first permanent settlement in the New Netherland colony,
was established in the area. When the land was taken by the British
in 1664, the name was changed to Albany, in honor of the Duke of York
and Albany, who later became James VII of Scotland and II of England.
The Duke of Albany is a Scottish title given since 1398, generally to
a younger son of the Scottish King. The name is derived from Alba; the
Gaelic name for Scotland.
 The
third eye chakra is meant to be the spiritual light center of the God
Vision, holding the immaculate concept. As a spiritual center in the
mental plane, New York City would hold the God Vision of perfection
in the business and financial institutes of this nation. As the spiritual
chakra for the etheric plane, New York is a great key to not only the
United States, but the earth. America is the melting pot of the world,
and the focal point for the sponsoring of all people and nations is
in the Temple of the Sun, focused over the island of Manhattan, where
the Goddess of Liberty has her physical focus in the Statue of Liberty.
All perversions of purity of the Mother Light, stands as a wall between
the people and the inner Temple of the Sun. It is a giant forcefield
focusing the light of the twelve hierarchies of the Sun, and a focal
point for the Lords of Karma and the Goddess of Liberty who is the spokesperson
for the Great Karmic Board.++
And thus New York is the focus of the coming together in the physical,
of many peoples drawn together for the greatest expression of the Christ
light. Above the Temple of the Sun, is a great diamond that is a focus
for the city and its inner blueprint held in the heart of the Great
Divine Director, Cyclopea, Nada and Pallas Athena, all who serve on
the Karmic Board.
In 1978, Lady Master Venus
said:
The economy of this nation is not sound. It is in a most precarious
situation, and it goes back to the Mother light itself–the very
base-of-the-spine chakra. Unless there be some who hold the action
of that light as a pure fountain of living flame, the entire superstructure
of the nation cannot be built chakra by chakra. And therefore, you
see, the key to the deliverance of this nation through the third-eye
energies anchored over this city is always noted by how many devotees
are determined to raise that energy of the Mother light; for it is
the very support of the Alpha-Omega in the Elohim of the all-seeing
eye, Cyclopea. +++
The Third Eye is of the Fifth
Ray of Healing, Truth and Abundance. When the people who have come together
in the cities representing the immaculate concept and Ray of Truth,
Healing and Abundance, take that energy and use it for selfish pursuits
and gains, glorifying the lower self and making a god out of mammon,
the prosperity and freedoms are jeopardized.
The banking house in New York City are the stronghold of the power elite,
the controlling elite who have no desire to see healing and abundance
for anyone but themselves. Their stronghold upon this nation and its
influence around the world is staggering. 9/11 was just a precursor
of the judgment of these strongholds. It is beyond the scope of this
writing to go into the magnitude of the banking houses and the stock
exchange and its influence upon the economy of this nation and around
the world, and thus on our very means to live in and survive in a free
market economy. For an excellent study into these power elite, I recommend
“Pawns in the Game“2 which is out
of print but still available in some bookstores. It is filled with chronological
events since the 1600’s of the Luciferian control of the money
system, controlled wars and revolutions and the resulting treaties.
In Albany, the place of the government seat for New York and the Third
Eye, entertainment, recreational drugs and the sex crimes are controlled
by idolatry and selfishness. Sex offences against the children are increasing
and often go unreported in the poverty areas of the old city where drugs
are common in the streets.
There are two large centers for entertainment, the Pepsi Arena which
hosts such groups as KISS, Metallica, Aerosmith and the Rolling Stones.
The Egg, an architecturally unique building housing two theatres, was
built in 1966 to enhance the performing arts in Albany. Some upcoming
groups performing are Savion Glover, an African/American jazz tap dancer;
Al DiMeola, a jazz guitarist and Terence Blanchard, leading a jazz sextet.
Out of the dozens of upcoming events, only a few were recognizable classical
music events.
The love of self as the ego is quite evident in the lack of spiritual
pursuits, but rather the pleasures of instant gratification in the arts,
entertainment, sensual pleasures of drugs and the music that distorts
the third eye vision.
There is a strong tie between the misuses in the base-of-the-spine chakras
and the third eye chakra. In the mental body, Miami is the base chakra.
In the emotional quadrant, San Diego is the base chakra. It is in the
base chakra, that the Mother Light is squandered, but it is up to every
individual in this nation and throughout the earth to make their own
freewill choice to honor the Mother Light within their own four lower
bodies.
San Diego
In 1602 the Spanish named
the city of San Diego after the Spanish Catholic saint San Diego. It
was under Spanish rule until the Mexico won its independence from Spain
bringing San Diego under Mexican rule for the next 25 years. In 1846
United States declared war on Mexico and took the city and San Diego
then became the southernmost city in the United States. Four years later
it would also become the southernmost city in the newly admitted state
called California. San Diego's Historic Gaslamp Quarter was developed
in the 1870’s when a wharf was built and development around it
pursued. The Gaslamp’s original visitors were gamblers and prostitutes,
with numerous gambling halls, saloons and brothels in San Diego's red
light district, the Stingaree. San Diego remained a popular navy liberty
port until 1912 when city officials cracked down on prostitution, chased
the prostitutes out of town and subsequently condemned and razed 120
buildings in the Stingaree district. But rather than having one area
of filth and decadence, the prostitutes bought round trip tickets and
spread throughout the entire city, they could not be eradicated.
Military Town
By late 1899, the U.S. Army had established a Fort which remained an
active Army post until 1959 when the Navy purchased the site to develop
a submarine base at Ballast Point. The establishment of the Army fortress
ushered in an era of military influence on the San Diego scene. The
North Island Air Station was established in 1912. A military presence
escalated during WWI and the U.S. Navy designated San Diego its home
port for the Pacific Fleet in 1919.
 At
the end of WWII, captivated by the city, thousands of sailors decided
to stay and make San Diego their home. Needing work to provide for their
arriving families, the neophyte Aerospace industry was born. For decades
to come, names such as Convair and Ryan Industries led the way in technological
innovations from factories and research centers in San Diego.By 1960,
San Diego's population had topped one million people, ten years later
the population had doubled and tourism had become the city's third most
important industry. In 1963, Jonas Salk created the Salk Institute for
Biological Studies in La Jolla; It gradually expanded its faculty and
the areas of their research interests. Salk's personal research activities
included multiple sclerosis and autoimmune diseases, cancer immunology,
improved manufacture and standardization of killed polio virus vaccine,
and the development of an AIDS vaccine. I AM THAT I AM enemy s In January
2003 the Salk Institute was ranked as one of the nation's leaders in
molecular biology and genetics research by Science Watch, a publication
that monitors trends and performances in basic research.
The racial makeup of the city is 60.18% Caucasian population and 25.40%
are Hispanic and Latino. Gays & lesbian population index is 186,
with the national index at 100. San Diego has the 4th highest county
of AIDS cases in California. The California cities, San Francisco, Oakland,
Los Angeles and San Diego are the top large cities populations of Gays
in the nation. San Francisco and Oakland rank first and second, Los
Angeles fourth and San Diego is sixth. California cities, Santa Cruz
and Santa Rosa rank both the first and second in the mid-size top gay
populations.
Los Angeles is the soul chakra in the American mental body and within
a few miles south is San Diego as the American emotional body base chakra.
San Diego is the extreme southwestern corner of the continental United
States.
San Diego has its own Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras at its historic Gaslamp
Quarter and boasts of the biggest annual all-day Jazz event.  The
Gaslamp Quarter is said to have over 60 restaurants, 20 nightclubs and
50 retail stores offering a variety of cuisine, shopping and entertainment
to appease any visitor. When it comes to entertainment, whether its
jazz, rhythm and blues, rock or high energy dance music one would seek,
the Gaslamp has it all.
The misuse of the Mother Light out of the base chakra in this city is
seen as opposing the Mother Light rising upward through the spinal column
to culminate at the crown in enlightenment. The city grew into a sin
city of the decadent kind, with all manner of sexual perversions, drunkenness,
gambling, and sensual pleasures of entertainment in dining, shopping,
nightclubbing with music that drives the energies downward into the
base chakra, rather than upward to the crown.
The biotech industry is the taking of the Mother out of the picture.
Experimentation with the genes and the playing God, creating life in
and out of agar plates is the replacing of Mother with mechanics. The
city has drawn to itself everything to bring down the Mother Light,
desecrate her and replace her with mechanical means of procreation of
viruses and manipulation of the life in genes.
New Orleans
Big Easy, as the city is called, is big on taking life easy. From the
soul chakra, the soul is meant to go forth and master the seven rays
through the seven chakras. There is nothing easy about that. Intuition,
freedom, mercy, and forgiveness are the attributes of the soul chakra
and the mastery needed in the emotions of the soul.
It has been a most trying time for the people of New Orleans, in the
aftermath of hurricane Katrina. And all of America and across the planet,
the media witnessed to the hard time the people have had. We witnessed
neglect, bad management and poverty. And this is what these people have
endured in this land for hundreds of years.
New Orleans racial makeup is 28% Caucasians and 67% African/Americans.
The history of the city is given in the “Hurricane Hits Gulf Coast”
release. The African slaves were brought into New Orleans, and many
of them bought their way to freedom and began a new life in the city.
But they did not gain the freedoms that most American’s had. They
were segregated, persecuted and ignored. And while most of the Caucasians
made it out of New Orleans in their cars or by other means, the poorest
of the city remained, unable to have any means to get out, or money
to go anywhere.
What happened after the hurricane departed, and the levee broke, was
unimaginable in our civilized nation. People were herded together with
no means to take care of their physical needs, be it food or water,
bathrooms, bedding or cover. And many remained in these conditions for
several days. A whole nursing home of elderly were left to die, and
did. If these people had of been of a different race, the circumstances
would most definitely had been handled differently.
The people of New Orleans need to gain their freedom and surrender their
prejudice, forgive those who have harmed them, show mercy on those who
have abused them and transmute their past. And because they have not
done so, they have been disbursed all over this nation. The flood and
the long-term consequences of the water damage, will not allow these
people to return anytime soon.
When Kim and I were directed to send this hurricane to the East of New
Orleans, the storm was about 15-20 miles off shore. She was still a
category five and already heading a bit East of New Orleans. By the
grace of God, and through His love for His people, their lives were
spared for the most part, but not their homes. By the storm heading
to the East of New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain, and reducing to a
category four just before hitting landfall, the potential for flooding
was still there, but not the worst winds and damage. And the probability
of the levees breaking during the height of the storm would have caused
many more loss of lives. With 15,000 people trapped in the superdome
and seeing the damage it sustained without receiving the worst winds,
that situation could have turned catastrophic.
Freedom comes with a price. And that freedom cannot be bought with money.
Freedom is only gained by surrendering the desires of the physical.
Where the music of the soul has turned into the crying of the soul because
she cannot be freed. And why cannot she be freed? Because she is enslaved
by the ego that binds her within and without. When human desires are
put first, over the desiring of the soul, the soul cries out for release.
The music of New Orleans gave birth to jazz, which came forth from the
blues. And all that music simply brought the energies of a people down
further. What follows the downward thrust of the energies, is the release
through the lower chakras, especially the base chakra. Voodoo practices,
which release the light out of the base chakra, excessive sexual practices,
homosexuality, and loss of vitality from energies not rising upward
and nourishing the other chakras, only leads to further downward spirals.
Southern Decadence, a five day annual homosexual festival, was set to
begin over Labor Day weekend. Southern Decadence has a history of filling
the French Quarter with drunken homosexuals engaging in sex acts in
public streets and the bars. Voodoo practitioners are advertised on
the street corners. The French Quarter was the solar plexus chakra of
the city, and it was allowed to spew forth the perversions of the chakra
of peace, selflessness, right desire and harmlessness. Instead, aggression,
egoism, over indulgence and anger were magnified. And so God sent a
flood to the city, via the French Quarter, where the people allowed
these practices to be in their city, without any qualms as to the decadence
they so proudly were about to parade down its streets.
Minneapolis - "City of Lakes"
Called the "City of
Lakes" because of its abundance of lakes, 24 in all. The early
settler Charles Hoagand suggested its name, derived from minne, the
Dakota word for water, and polis, the Greek word for city.
Minneapolis is the solar plexus in the emotional body of America. Not
only does this city have the large amount of lakes, but it borders the
Mississippi River, the same river that borders New Orleans.
The Mississippi River, derived
from the Algonquin missi-sepe meaning 'great river' literally 'Father
of waters', is the second-longest river in the United States; the longest
is the Missouri River, which flows into the Mississippi. Taken together,
they form the largest river system in North America. If measured from
the head of the Missouri, the length of the Missouri/Mississippi combination
is approximately 3,895 miles (6,270 km) long. From the river’s
source in northern Minnesota, Lake Itasca, a raindrop falling in it
would arrive at the Gulf of Mexico in about 90 days.
From its earliest beginnings, Minneapolis was rife with anti-peace,
anger, fanaticism, fear, anxiety and aggression. In 1805, the U. S.
government, eager to learn more about its new lands, sent Lieutenant
Zebulon Pike to explore its northern regions. He met with Dakota leaders
and secured a treaty ceding to the government lands at the mouths of
the Minnesota and St. Croix rivers, including land on both sides of
the Mississippi up to St. Anthony Falls. Pike purchase was 100,000 acres
of land in exchange for $200 worth of trinkets, a keg of whiskey and
the promise of a trading post.
It wasn’t until after the war of 1812 that a fort was built on
the land. The War of 1812 between the British and the United States
began because the United States had been irritated by the failure of
the British to withdraw from American territory along the Great Lakes;
their backing of the Indians on America's frontiers; and their unwillingness
to sign commercial agreements favorable to the United States. So it
wasn’t until 1819 that a Fort (later known as Fort Snelling) was
built on a commanding bluff above the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers
to meet the rapidly changing conditions in the Northwest Territory.
It served as a regional protective barrier and as a nucleus for future
settlement and as a site to control the Santee Sioux and Ojibwa (Chippewa)
tribes, and to allow peaceful settlement of the newly acquired Louisiana
territory. The fertile lands along the Mississippi were just a part
of the reason for the long war between these tribes.
The land encompassed in the treaty took in nearly the complete area
of present-day Minneapolis and almost half of the present-day city of
St. Paul. Fort Snelling became the United States outpost in the "northern
wilderness" and the hub of frontier commerce and administration
in the upper Midwest.
The area had been the battle ground of the Sioux (the Dakota) Indians
with other tribes, especially their declared enemy the Chippewa. Their
hatred for each other was so great, even the Sioux children were indoctrinated
from birth to be indifferent to them as human life. The children were
seen playing around the fort with body parts from dismembered Chippewa
children, and wearing human appendages as jewelry. But the Chippewa
were just as fierce or more so, known for their ruthlessness, mutilation
and torture of not only men, but women and children.
The land remained under the
control of Fort Snelling and off-limits to private ownership. By the
late 1830s, though, over 150 squatters, including farmers, fur traders,
and whiskey-sellers, had established unofficial claims near the Fort.
One Fort Snelling commander, Joseph Plympton, saw in this a tempting
business opportunity and, in 1838, received permission from Washington
to redraw the boundaries of the reservation to exclude lands on the
east bank near the Falls, thus opening them for sale to private parties.
His own entrepreneurial ambitions were thwarted by a canny move by the
young settler Franklin Steele, who staked a pre-emptive claim on the
east bank even before the land was officially opened to settlement.
When Plympton’s men arrived to stake his claim, they found Steele
already in possession of the choicest plots near the Falls. Steele would
remain a powerful force in the development of the towns of St. Anthony
and Minneapolis over the next several decades. Land on the west side
of the river around St. Anthony Falls did not become available to private
claimants until 1855, although squatters had been present there well
before that.
Much of this maneuvering for land ownership took place even before Minnesota
became a territory. In 1849, when the Minnesota Territory was created,
fewer than 5,000 white people inhabited the area. The census did not
record the approximately 31,700 Native Americans who were Minnesota's
first inhabitants--and made up 84 percent of the population in 1850.
Minneapolis was incorporated in 1856, just after Fort Snelling relinquished
control of lands on the west bank of the Falls. The non-Indian population
grew rapidly over the next decade. Just two years after Minnesota became
a state in 1858, the white population reached an astonishing 172,000.
The city continued to grow
around the falls where a lumber mill was built and later, grain mills
making use the free energy from the falls. In the cities heyday, it
was known as the "milling capital of the world," leading world
grain production until 1932. Today, it is still referred to as the mill
city. More recently the city has become notable for its medical and
financial industries, as well as having the largest shopping mall in
the United States, in terms of indoor space.
The city has a dark past. After the cities incorporation, it became
rife with organized crime, Teamsters, gamblers, hundreds of brothels
and government officials gone bad. Big lumbermen and whiskey salesmen,
river drifters, flocked to the city. But lumbering was seasonal work,
which left much time on these men’s hands. The first gambling
syndicate moved in just after the Civil War. The city's whorehouses
were legendary. They were a favorite of soldiers from Fort Snelling,
lumberjacks, men passing through on their way west, and Minneapolitans
alike. The city had conveniently arranged a red-light district downtown.
Before the turn of the century, a well admired doctor, Dr. Albert Ames,
entered politics, becoming major for the city, over the next 20 years,
four times. It was during his last term in 1901, that total corruption
took over every government post in the city, under the guiding hand
of Ames. Criminals were released from jail and giving positions of power,
while those who stayed the line were let go. Illegal businesses multiplied.
There were more saloons, opium joints, gambling parlors, and houses
of prostitution. The head of a major gambling syndicate in the city
became a detective in the police department. However, the rampant criminal
activity soon began to swirl out of control as the crooks began to swindle
each other. Numerous indictments were handed down as a new grand jury
was formed to handle the corrupt city government.
But Minneapolis’ worst dark period was in the 1920s and 1930s,
as organized crime and corruption took hold of the region. Isadore “Kid
Cann” Blumenfeld became one of the most notorious crime syndicate
bosses in Minnesota. There was a high degree of political and civil
corruption in the region and the main newspapers in the area hardly
mentioned what was going on, as any outlet that published articles critical
of the status quo were threatened. Some small alternative newspapers
attempted to report what was going on, but reporters and editors quickly
became targets. Kid Cann was indicted for murder twice, but was acquitted
both times. He finally was indicted for prostitution rings in the 60’s,
served some jail time and then went back out to continue in the crime
world, money laundering and other illegal activities in real estate
and the stock market.
In the 1950s and '60s, the downtown area of Minneapolis went through
a major phase of urban renewal, which involved the razing of about 200
buildings across 25 city blocks. This included the destruction of a
slum area known as "Skid Row,” an area consisting of dozens
of bars, flophouses, pawnshops, burlesque houses, charity missions and
home to many of the cities single men, homeless and drunkards.
Another relatively troubled period in parts of Minneapolis was in the
1990s, when the murder rate and incidence of gang violence climbed,
almost entirely in poorer neighborhoods of the city. After reaching
a record 97 homicides in 1995, the city gained an unpleasant nickname
because of the violence: "Murderapolis." Supposedly coined
by local gun shop owner, the term gained widespread use after The New
York Times used it when reporting that Minneapolis had surpassed the
per capita homicide rate of New York City. Although the murder rate
has retreated in the years following, the area residents still grow
concerned that the nickname may make a comeback whenever there is an
increase of violence in the city.
Conclusion
As the history of these cities has been outlined in brief, the enormity
of the misqualified energies of each chakra through the emotional body
of America has become clear. In every city, the people are controlled
by unbridled emotions in the misqualification of that chakra. Whether
the chakra spews out greed, lust, anger, jealousy, fear, uncontrolled
desires, ingratitude, selfishness, anger or intrigue, the people have
chosen to embody and outpicture these perversions instead of outpicturing
the positive qualities of each.
It matters not which energy is misqualified and given out: greed, lust,
anger, jealousy, fear, uncontrolled desires, ingratitude, selfishness,
anger or intrigue--which are perversions of the chakras--instead of
outpicturing the positive qualities of each, the people have made their
choice. The opportunities have been given. Souls of light have come
to the people in many guises to teach them the higher way. Yet the cities
have become like Sodom and Gomorrah, where you can scarcely find the
souls who will stand up to entrenched crime and greed.
In Minneapolis, as you study its history, you can feel the strength
of the will to transmute the negative energies of her past. The people
don’t want the organized crime, the gaming institutes, the derelict
buildings. They have brought in businesses not based on greed and lust,
but on manufacturing and management. They have replaced the derelict
buildings with theatres and arts events, rivaling New York City for
their theater attendance. Firework displays are put on all throughout
the year.
But the prejudice still remains in the African/American areas of the
city. The poor are still with them. Organized crime is waning but larceny,
auto theft and murder are still big issues.
Flint and New Orleans have almost been destroyed by economic failure.
Flint, because of the lack of industry and high unemployment, and New
Orleans because of the enormous flooding destruction of the hurricane.
Portsmouth and San Diego are being Sodom and Gomorrah come again, heading
for disaster, both being on the coast. Sodom and Gomorrah were annihilated
because of the wickedness of misusing the sacred fire to create all
manner of ugliness and distortion of the divine arts and of the music
of the spheres and to turn man and woman upside down and inside out
in acts of perverted sex and misuses of the sacred fire. Portsmouth
is representing the throat chakra and the use of the throat and mouth.
When the sacred chakra is used in acts of sexual sodomy the power of
the people is taken away. This is a practice taught by the fallen angels
and still promoted by them. Homosexuality is a practice conceived in
the minds of the fallen angels to get even with the Father.
The judgment of a city can come at any time, as seen all over this planet
with the adverse weather conditions that have been on the rise. The
warning has been given. God has sent his warnings again and again through
prophet after prophet. He has warned His people that they must come
apart from the wickedness in the world. Those who choose to remain in
these cities where these wicked practices prevail will go down with
the cities when the hand of judgment descends at any moment. Those cities
where decadence prevails will go first, as New Orleans has seen the
hand of judgment descend upon her and her wickedness.
*There
is a lower and higher etheric body. The lower etheric body is what we
are discussing here. This is the blueprint for the evolving monad, and
one of the four lower bodies of man corresponding to the fire element.
The etheric body holds the blueprint of the divine plan and Christ-perfection
that is to be outpictured in the physical realm. It is also called the
seamless garment, memory body and in some esoteric circles, is synonymous
with the term “astral body.” It is just outside the physical
body and thus called “etheric double” as it appears to be
a double of the physical body but is actually its blueprint.
**Prana is the life-giving
energies that are released into the physical realm from Spirit or ether.
Ether is Light and the source of all prana. The goal of the evolving
monad is to use their free will to take God’s energy and choose
to magnify it in the physical realm. There are seven major chakras that
this prana and energy from Spirit can be magnified. In the process of
using this energy wisely and multiplying the talents, the monad forms
a Tube of Light surrounding his four lower bodies.

++Great Karmic Board
(or Lords of Karma)
The ascended beings who comprise the Karmic Board. Their names and the
rays which they represent on the board are as follows: First Ray, the
Great Divine Director; Second Ray, the Goddess of Liberty; Third Ray,
the Ascended Lady Master Nada; Fourth Ray, the Elohim Cyclopea; Fifth
Ray, Pallas Athena, Goddess of Truth; Sixth Ray, Portia, the Goddess
of Justice; Seventh Ray, Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy. The Lords of Karma
dispense justice to this system of worlds, adjudicating karma, mercy,
and judgment on behalf of every lifestream. All souls must pass before
the Karmic Board before and after each incarnation on earth, receiving
their assignment and karmic allotment for each lifetime beforehand and
the review of their performance at its conclusion. Through the Keeper
of the Scrolls and the recording angels, the Lords of Karma have access
to the complete records of every lifestream’s incarnations on
earth. They determine who shall embody, as well as when and where. They
assign souls to families and communities, measuring out the weights
of karma that must be balanced as the “jot and title” of
the law. The Karmic Board, acting in consonance with the individual
I AM Presence and Christ Self, determines when the soul has earned the
right to be free from the wheel of karma and the round of rebirth. Customarily
the Lords of Karma meet at the Royal Teton Retreat twice yearly, at
winter and summer solstice, to review petitions from unascended mankind
and to grant dispensations for their assistance.
