Part III Inner Communication Studies

We have been studying and learning about IS now for some months. And for those who have been studying and applying the IS teachings, we are beginning to grasp that there is power in this understanding that will apply to positive changes in our physical lives.
Jesus has told us that his abilities to walk on water, raise the dead and heal the sick are realities on this path for all of us. That what he did in his life as Jesus of Nazareth, we can do also. We may not yet understand why we need to master the elements and our physical temples, but we can quickly realize that if we can gain this empowerment, we may be able to take that power and help others and the world.
So Jesus wants us to take the next step in our course studies. In the past two levels of Inner Communications, we have studied the basic principles of communication: how to discern the spirits; clearing our four lower bodies; and learning to connect the physical temple with the Spirit. We learned how to receive the impartations of the Holy Spirit through our four lower bodies, most especially through other senses than the five physical senses.
We have learned how to listen and connect through our mental body, where the voice of I AM can speak to us through our hearts and minds and teach us personally, without always needing spiritual mediators between us and God. We learned how you may use healing modalities like Bach remedies to bring healing and balance to the emotional body. We learned how to bring the Spirit of I AM, through positive affirmations, into the reality of Being. And we learned how our physical bodies can be an instrument of attunement with Spirit, when we clear the seven spiritual light centers in our seven chakras.
The healing tool learned in Level One was the proper use of kinesiology, which I call Integrated Kinesiology. It is not a tool for everyone, but for those who found this tool useful and have applied the technique on themselves, they have found that balancing the four lower bodies and regaining health and wellness was not only a possibility, but a reality. Coupled with the Miracle Rosaries delivered to us from Mother Mary since 2003, you can heal yourself with a little effort and determination, and you can balance 100% of your karma—or as much as the Law will allow. We must carry some karma to stay in embodiment. But the goal of aspirants on the path of Oneness is to move into carrying and transmuting world karma. I will speak on this in just a moment.
Physical healing is not the goal of this work, as true healing starts in the higher bodies. But physical healing does and will occur when you heal the upper bodies. Once these bodies are cleared and the physical and upper bodies are not laden with heavy and detrimental foods and substances such as caffeine, nicotine, chocolate and sugar, our bodies can speak to us. No disease needs to manifest in the physical temple once those upper bodies are cleared—although we might carry world karma in our body that outpictures as physical disease and as part of our mission.
So in level one we learned about "body symptoms" which are symptoms that are given to you through your spiritual centers, as well as in any part of your body. These symptoms speak to you to relate to you truth about yourself, your surroundings and even in other people. These symptoms, delivered through the Holy Spirit, are a window into a world unseen around you. Once you may know the spiritual cause of another's problems you can help them see something that could very well bring healing to them and the freedom to be free of limiting thoughts, feelings and ill-health.
In level two we learned about another healing technique which I call "Alpha therapy." I learned about this therapy when I was inspired from the Elohim to take a course in hypnotherapy. And in the process I received tremendous healing and integration of my soul with my Being. From the basics of hypnotherapy I practiced working with the Holy Spirit to help other people. Realizing that this work was not about hypnotizing people – a practice that is frowned upon by our mentors in Spirit – I knew we needed to move away from any connotation on "control" and manipulating people through hypnotic practices. Even self-hypnosis is not acceptable in the Ascended Master Teachings. Rather the Masters teach control of the four lower bodies through gaining God Mastery, not programming yourself through mental techniques.
Likewise, many other self-programming techniques are not endorsed for true healing and attaining God Mastery, such as NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and EFT Tapping (emotional freedom techniques). Although many of these techniques work, they are by-passing the true spiritual healing and freedom we may attain by walking the path of Christhood and Being I AM. If we are here on earth to grow, why would we choose to bypass that growth by using such techniques or having someone heal us through manual manipulation of our energies in such things as the laying on of hands?
For students and aspirants on the path of personal Christhood, we need to move away from other people doing things for us and taking back God control of our lives. There are many healing practices in the world that on the onset look innocent and do help us heal, such as the technique of Reiki. But how much of that technique is true to the founder's original spiritual inspiration? And then there are faith healers, such as Benny Hinn, who may bring healing that may last or not.
For some who have had faith healings or received the hands-on-healing from others, they truly were healed and retained that healing. But would they have received that healing on their own at some time in the future? True healing, as Jesus did, is through faith. And those who are healed through faith learn a valuable lesson about life. Often, they can pass on that lesson to others through example. But no one can pass on faith. It must come from your own wellspring. But we can be encouraged to entertain faith ourselves when we witness others whose faith has healed them.
Some – like the blind man Jesus healed – have come to carry an infirmity, to pass on this faith to others through example. This is the carrying of world karma. Sometimes this karma is carried because we volunteer to hold this balance and thereby transmute the energies through the manifestation of the disease or infirmity through our body temples. Sometimes we are affected by world karma and pick it up in our bodies because we are not sealed in the light.
For whatever reason we might manifest illness, chronic disease or infirmities in the body temple, we may uncover the true cause, getting to the bottom and creation of that issue through Integrated Kinesiology, prayer, rosaries and Alpha therapy. Once identifying whether the body issue is personal or world karma, we can choose to change the effect upon our body temple by transcending the mental and emotional cause, whether it be personal or world karma. The difference would be in how you deal with the cause. If you were the creator of the cause, your ego would be involved and the transcending of that ego creation would be a part of the healing. If it was a world issue and cause, your ego is not involved, although you might think it is an ego issue, as they are so similar when manifest through your four lower bodies. But the truth of the matter is that world karma manifests through your mental and emotional bodies, which you may be picking up on and outpicturing through those bodies, as well as the physical temple.
Once identifying world karma as the cause of your issues, you may claim these manifestations of ego as your own, and then quickly transcend the issues taken on. If you did not identify these issues as world karma, instead believing them to be your own ego creation, you may find yourself going into a negative spiral where you move into self-condemnation, guilt, shame and self-criticism. The reason you get caught in these negative spirals is because you are taught through mainstream religions and societies, that you are a sinner, that you are to blame for your manifestation of illness. In other words, behind every effect, there is a cause. And the cause, you come to believe, is that you are a sinner and a terrible person because you are displaying this fear or that anger. For one who carries world karma, this may be blown up out of proportion with the self guilt and shame because they KNOW they are capable of better behavior. They know that their body is the temple of God. They know that engaging in any of the five poisons* are detrimental to not only your own life, but the collective consciousness of all of God.
We are now moving into the consciousness of the understanding of IS. And we are beginning to see that world karma – which none of us are exempt from – is what I call the "karma of Is," as Jesus gives me to understand. This karma goes back as far as the ancient, mythical land of Lemuria—the land of Mother. Therefore, the karma involves the attempt to destroy Mother, her Being and the presence of her in the physical plane. Of course this is impossible. The plane of Mater (Latin for Mother) is what we live in while experiencing physical life. But yet the attempt to put down Mother through every facet of her Being has been manifest in this physical plane. Mother is feared. Mother is seen as the enemy, the controller of you and your freedom to do whatever you like. Mother is seen as smothering, where her nuturance is rejected as too controlling. And in the physical plane, those who outpicture Mother – women – are put down as worthless beings in many cultures, even though without them no new life would come forth.
We know, as mature sons and daughters of God, that God is Father and God is Mother. Both are one and the same of the whole of God Being. We know this duality of God as Alpha and Omega. Yet in the world of form and on this planet, Mother is the lesser half of this whole. In many religions throughout the world, Mother is not even mentioned. God is masculine—pure and simple. Men are denied the feminine aspect of themselves as being the negative part of themselves that must be suppressed. Women are denied the masculine aspect of themselves and labeled as "feminists" and ignored by many men if they display any masculine traits.
And great imbalance is seen in the world with men who are too feminine and seek physical relationships with only other men and in women playing the role of being too masculine and seeking relationships with only other women. Both sexes would then see the physical outpicturing of the opposite sex from them – male or female – as being abhorrent. This does not make sense when you look at this relationship in closer light. And yet every day these homosexual partners divide themselves between two same sex sexual partners, with one more feminine and the other more masculine, while yet being either male or female and desiring only intimate relationships with the same gender that they are. And then they try to bring forth children in that relationship, as if they can circumvent the natural role of men's sperm uniting with women's eggs to form new life. They cannot.
So the effect of putting down the feminine aspect and Mother on this planet is the karma of Is. The small "s" denotes the keeping suppressed the creativity and ability to be co-creators with God, in those people and societies where the Is consciousness reigns supreme. The outplaying of this karma has very detrimental effects upon men, women and children. Sometimes children are the most abused and maligned in this entire equation. But most children grow up and go on to live in adult bodies. And so the reality is that everyone on this planet sustains the abuse and reaps the consequences of this karma.
We see emotional, mental and physical abuse to especially women and children. And in the recent filmed viewed at our Love IS Power retreat in Great Britain, "Tough Guise" we see how men are the greatest avengers of violence to not only women and children, but to each other. This karma is so great, so long-standing and entrenched in our world, that it will take extraordinary means and oneness with God to bring this world back to her people accepting Oneness in God in themselves. And that oneness is the true duality of God as Alpha and Omega, as Father-Mother God, as the expanding and contracting forces of Being.
Therefore, we are going to set our hearts, minds and souls to join together in studying with Jesus – the guru and mentor in IS – in the upcoming weeks in our third section of studies on Inner Communications. The prerequisite for taking this third level of studies will be the Inner Communications Level I course participation. Without these basic tools and understanding, it would be most difficult to take this next step in healing. And for those who have taken Level I, you need to have practiced and developing a personal working relationship with your Higher Self, as well as with Cosmic Beings such as Master MORE (El Morya), Jesus and Mother Mary, before you will be able to implement these next steps.
We will be taught how to use our hands for healing. But not for the purpose of healing karmic issues people carry from dealing with their own karma, but for healing and helping all of mankind. We will learn how to help transmute and heal the negative accumulation of the karma of Is in the collective consciousness of the people. We may also learn hidden occult knowledge on the abilities to rise above the limitations of gravity and the physical effects upon the human form.
Not all students of the Ascended Masters may feel the calling to participate or learn this level of healing. Not all are called to at this time. But for those who sense that they can provide a higher service to life, Jesus welcomes you to his abode and place of learning. For those who hesitate, but would consider at some future date to take these studies, they will be available, as the first two levels have been for some future date when you are ready.

Thus, my beloved, on this day, July 3rd, 2006, I the God Meru with my consort, whom you know only as the Goddess Meru, announce that we will indeed sponsor this new activity of spiritual healing, of spiritual wholeness. This is a considerable dispensation, and I am sure that those who are familiar with past dispensations of the Great White Brotherhood, will know and sense in their hearts the significance of this. That is, if they are willing to set aside the pre-conceived opinions in the mind about what the Ascended Hosts should do and through whom they should do it.
For my beloved, I would remind you that you are not the ones who choose our Messengers. We of the Ascended Host choose our Messengers, and we choose them based on their merit—not their outer accomplishments necessarily, but their willingness to transcend, to go beyond, to look at their psychology, to look their ego straight in the eye and say, “You have no power over me, for I am willing to let you die so that I can be reborn in my new spiritual identity.”
We are looking for those who are willing to set aside the outer life, the desire for material possessions, power, status among men, acquiring a comfortable lifestyle, or any of the other traps on this planet that take you away from fulfilling your divine plan. These are the ones we look for to come forward, to make the effort – the all-encompassing, totally focused, totally honest effort – to heal their own psychology and then become the worthy teachers and healers of others.
My beloved, this is not an endeavor that can be completed by two people. Many are needed. Many are ready. Many are worthy. So therefore, we say, “Come forward! Use your creativity. Put your heads and your resources together. Form a school, a teaching mission, whereby you can help each other manifest Christhood and help each other to establish the right ways and techniques to help more people.”
You may find other organizations bear the name "Meru University" or the like, but these new courses and teachings bare little resemblance to those using God Meru's name. We are being called to open a school and have ongoing courses one day. But we cannot until a certain amount of people take up their mantles and learn these healing techniques, balance their own four lower bodies and raise up the Is in their world to IS. Then we may become teachers of men, conduits of Light and radiating suns of I AM.
God Meru said that new techniques still need to come forth, and a school or teaching center is to be established, and we need to put our heads together for the wherewithal to do it. We began with the first courses in early 2006. Many who took the classes have become proficient at not only helping themselves, but they have begun to help others in many different ways. We are not all in one area. We are spread through the planet. But there is a way to form this school and teaching center. It has been part of the immaculate concept for us long before we knew of any such thing.
When I was first contacted by beloved Alpha in 2002, I was led by the Great Divine Director to write him a letter detailing what I thought I could do in service for God, and then he directed me to send a copy to Alpha and Omega. It was a short letter, but I enclosed my goals for my life. I had written many of these over the years as an exercise we were taught in the Summit Lighthouse. Every solstice we would jointly write letters to the Karmic Board (the spiritual board that oversees the planet's karma and her people) at spiritual conclaves, and then the letters would be burned and sent via the elementals to heaven. We would in return receive back dispensations from the Karmic Board on what they could do for us and the planet, depending on what we asked for in our letters and what we volunteered to give in service and surrender.
Those letters were always an emotional outpouring for myself. I surrendered so much over the years as I opened my heart to heaven to help me overcome personal issues and to help me receive that which I thought I needed in my world. So when I wrote and sent this letter to Alpha and Omega, I was practiced already in surrendering and knowing what I wanted in my life. But what I received back from Alpha was a complete surprise. He asked me to form a spiritual teaching center like no other on the planet, where people could come from all religions. A universal place of peace. He said that other people and places were not open to receiving what the Great White Brotherhood wanted to give out to the planet. He later told me to make it a place of peace and that place of peace built on love and oneness.
I had been receiving the Teachings and lessons on the path of Christhood through the Masters' Teaching for over 20 years. But I never saw myself as a teacher or having the capability to form an organization or teaching center. It wasn't one of the goals I had formulated for the Great Divine Director! And yet just two months later I had incorporated the Shangra-la Mission and started my work as a teacher.
We don't have to always know where we are headed or why. If we take one step at a time and each step we take for the love of God, we will find ourselves in places and doing things we may never have dreamed of doing. I hope that we one day may have that healing center that I have always dreamed of having. But I am open to the fact it might be entirely different than I can imagine at this moment. Whatever the vision that is held for us for these teachings and healing, I look forward to these upcoming classes as one of those steps to the Victory in IS and the healing of planet earth and her people.

*The Dhyani Buddhas are considered to be great healers of the mind and soul. They come bringing the wisdom to overcome the poisons to the mind and heart. Each one embodies one of the five wisdoms, which antidote helps overcome one of the five deadly poisons that are of danger to man's spiritual progress and keep him tied to worldly existence. Buddhists teach that the Dhyani Buddhas can transmute the five poisons into their transcendent wisdoms. The five poisons are: greed and lust, pride, anger and hatred, envy and jealousy, fear and ignorance and a sixth one: non will, non Being.
