Through
the Immaculate Concept of Cyclopea and Virginia magnetize love by seeing
the Cosmic Virgin as she enfolds all life in the immaculate conception—and
go and do thou likewise.
"The light of the body is the eye. If therefore
thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light." Matt.
6:22
Sealed in an ovoid of light, the energies of the seat-of-the-soul chakra
rise to the level of the third eye for the fulfillment of the promise
of the City Foursquare, where the descending triangle of Spirit or I
AM, meets in the third eye as the ascending triangle of the soul rises
through mastery on the seventh ray. Thereby the mastery of the air element
in the plane of the mind is produced.
When you raise up the energies of the soul to the plane of the all-seeing
eye and your solar awareness and when you have the balance of love and
wisdom converging at the point of truth and reality in the third eye,
you become an alchemist of the Spirit in the planes of Matter. Your
Spirit merges with the greater I AM through your holding the immaculate
concept of accepting God’s love for you from I AM within your
I AM Presence to you.

is directly correlated to the soul chakra. Whatever is seen through
the third eye is also mirrored in the soul. |
Located at the center of
the brow, the third eye is emerald green when purified. There are ninety-six
petals in the third eye. Forty-eight are for the outward thrust of Alpha
and forty-eight for the inward thrust of Omega. In the vision of the
Christ is the protection of the hereditary traits carried in the seed
and the egg of man and woman that are under the mastery of the seat-of-the-soul
chakra. Each of the petals of the third-eye chakra focuses the guardian
action of the law and the blueprint of life that is focused in the chromosomes
and genes.
The forty-eight pairs of petals are for the anchoring of the twelve
aspects of God’s consciousness in each of the four lower bodies.
The twelve aspects are: God Power, God Love, God Mastery, God Control,
God Obedience, God Wisdom, God Harmony, God Gratitude, God Justice,
God Reality, God Vision and God Victory.
When the twelve godly
attributes have been magnetized in the heart chakra, they can be squared
through the vision of the all-seeing eye of God in the third-eye chakra.
And when the threefold flame and the twelve virtues are balanced in
the four lower bodies, there is the converging of energy spirals in
the third eye as the capstone is placed on the pyramid of life in the
coming of the Christ consciousness.
The Virgin Mary received training to prepare her temple for the coming
of the Christed One in the exercise of the faculty of God-vision through
the power of concentration. Concentration is the focusing of the energies
of the heart in the third-eye chakra as a concentrated beam of emerald
hue that penetrates cells of consciousness, the molecules of being,
drawing them into alignment with the original blueprint of the creation.
Concentration is single-mindedness.
Constancy is another attribute that Mary learned to apply, as constancy
is the ritual of applying the fifth ray to the tasks at hand in order
that every deed that is done, every service that is rendered, be fulfilled
following the order of identity from the blueprint in the etheric body,
through the mental body, through the emotional body into the physical.
Thereby a concentrated flow of light through the forty-eight pairs of
petals, the planes of Mater are God-controlled for the release of energy
from the planes of Spirit.
When “thy eye be single” life in the four planes of selfhood
are consecrated to the Holy Spirit. All energy flows through the twelve
godly attributes making the whole body in the four planes of God consciousness
“full of light.”
Ideally, through the third eye, we should be able to anchor the vision
of God, the vision of perfection. In order to be perfection, man must
see perfection. The goal of those who are on the ascending spiral of
Being is the perfection of the original Monad, the I AM Presence. To
accept perfection not only as the goal of life but as the law of life
is to enter the path of initiation. Initiation begins when that which
affirms I AM, that which has an awareness of selfhood, secures itself
in the niche of the all-seeing eye of God for the purpose of establishing
right action on earth as it is in heaven.
The Fifth Ray is the ray of God’s Divine Wholeness, and the All-Seeing
Eye of God is the means of its precipitation from Spirit to Matter.
Through the gift of Truth and the soundings of the Word, God’s
children apply principles of harmony in chords of music and in alchemical
formulas of the healing arts for the restoration of that Divine Wholeness,
as Above so below; they also pursue the complete science of the Mother
and the all-inclusive religion of the Father as they work the works
of God on earth.
Archangel Raphael initiates us in the uses of science and religion,
music and the healing arts in the third-eye chakra.
The sacrament of the anointing
of the sick, or extreme unction, corresponds to the fifth ray of the
third-eye chakra.
Perversions
When man was first created, before the descent of the soul into the
planes of illusion (the Fall), he had the single-eyed vision of his
original perfection in the third eye. Today, he lives in a world of
relativity and does not see or outpicture the absolute perfection of
the God Self.
At the time of the Fall, when he partook of the fruit of the tree of
the knowledge of relative good and evil, he fell into a state of duality.
This is the propensity to see good and evil as relative qualities. As
time went on, man fell even further, to the point of walking the earth
as animals in what was the period of the cavemen. This came about through
neglect of devotion to the sacred fire of the heart along with the misuse
of the third eye and throat chakra.
The key to a clear third eye is through mastery of the desire body in
the emotions of the solar plexus by gaining God-control of the anxiety
and fear, the agitation, the arrogance, and the anger. Therefore, when
you see through the third eye, see with love, casting petals of love
upon the scene. It is easy to create things which are not of love, and
a long journey to uncreate that which was not created in love. Paul
the Venetian The opening of the third eye is not the measure of spiritual
attainment, and can be acquired through constancy and focus. It is the
opening of the heart that is the true measure of spiritual attainment.
“Love is bringing to life those who have been burdened, who experience
death and dying even while they are living.”
The clearing of the third eye can be accomplished through meditation
on perfect geometric forms, as well as through the raising of the energies
of the lower chakras to the level of the third eye. The third-eye vision
can be improved through the cleansing of the colon and the physical
body in general. Toxins accumulated in the blood and fatty tissue as
well as in the colon are a direct hindrance to third-eye vision. A balanced
program of fasting on fruit juices, pure water or herb teas will assist
this cleansing.

The following meditation can be done daily. This meditation will unite
the Mother flame within you in the physical, with the Father flame within
you in the Spirit, through the power of the Holy Spirit. All foes of
the perversions of the solar plexus chakra in anti-peace will be deactivated
and freed to rise upward in the healing process to the Crown for illumination.
Whenever you feel your center go out from that place of peace, do this
meditation for the restoration of that freedom from God forgiveness.
This is an exact exercise, and needs to be done from the beginning to
the end.
Meditation on the Third Eye Chakra
To release the foe to Being Freedom
Close your eyes and sense yourself in your heart. With your mind’s
eye, see a whirling white-fire/yellow-fire sun that is spinning. It
is within this fiery sun that you may know the Presence of I AM THAT
I AM.
With your inner eye and senses, see in the etheric octave, the Elohim
Apollo and Lumina standing before you, representatives of Alpha and
Omega and Helios and Vesta. Recite this prayer three times as a daily
meditation and celebration of the heart of Helios and Vesta.

Resume your meditation on
the white-fire/yellow-fire sun above you. Visualize the light of peace
entering your solar plexus for the liberation of peace. See yourself
in the center of the inner peace, inner space, inner time (where space
and time are not.)
See the light of Omega rising upward from the solar plexus into the
heart for the release of the Christ consciousness. Visualize the light
rising like a living fountain of light into the throat chakra for the
liberation of the word of compassion and comfort to all souls of light.
See the light continue to rise into the third eye for the release of
the vision of the immaculate concept.
Release the light of Omega into the crown chakra, where Omega meets
Alpha, as they fuse together for the release of wisdom‘s ray,
the golden sun of illumination in the action of the thousand-petaled
lotus.
