The Focus of Freedom
Through the Elohim Arcturus and Victoria
in the seat-of-the-soul chakra, focus of the violet ray, magnetize love
in the pursuit of freedom, the invocation of mercy, and the upholding
of justice.
The seat-of-the-soul chakra is actually the seat of the soul’s
residence in the body. This is the six-petaled chakra that the soul
is anchored to the physical body via the etheric envelop that surrounds
the body.
Positioned below the heart between the solar-plexus and the base-of-the-spine
chakras, it is the place of the soul’s self-knowledge in the Real
Self and the not-self. Here is self-conscious awareness of the parts
that comprise the soul 1) awareness of self as God I AM; and 2) awareness
of self as the ego. Both conditions are the result of choices the soul
has made over many lifetimes.
The Seventh Ray is the ray of God’s Freedom through the Justice
and Mercy of the law and is the center of soul-liberation in man through
the ritual and alchemy of the violet flame. The purified soul chakra
will emit the color of this ray of amethyst violet.
This chakra governs the genetic code, heredity, and the manufacture
of the seed and the egg. It is through the soul chakra that you transfer
the Christic light, the seed of Alpha, the egg of Omega, to bring forth
the divine progeny.
It is the chakra of freedom and the creative center. It is the place
of divine mercy, tolerance and forgiveness, justice and diplomacy.
It is taught in the martial arts that the seat-of-the-soul chakra is
the body’s point of equilibrium; it is the center of chi, or life-force
essential to the maintenance of life. The belief is that from this center,
chi is distributed to the rest of the body. This is true insofar as
the physical energy is concerned, for in soul does freely focus and
circulate this energy at the level of soul-awareness. However, the heart
is the ultimate center and distribution point of the sacred fire that
descends from the I AM Presence (the Father) over the crystal cord and
ascends from the base-of-the-spine chakra of the Mother.From within
this center of equilibrium, the soul knows with an inner intuitive knowing
what the outer mind cannot or will not come to grips with, what the
emotions might block through fear of encountering karmic conditions
that are upon her.
The soul knows the past, present and future and what is coming upon
her and the planet. The soul knows all things separate from the mental
indoctrination and emotional programming experienced from living on
earth.The soul resides at the subconscious level. The conscious (outer
awareness) mind’s contact with the soul decreases with the development
of the mental and emotional bodies from the moment of birth. That is
why young children often can remember past life experiences or out of
body experiences at the Retreats while their body sleeps. Usually this
connection diminishes by the time the child is about three.
Daily application of the
violet flame transmutes the barriers between the conscious and subconscious,
the outer awareness of the mind and the inner awareness of the soul.The
senses of the soul reach through to the conscious awareness and mind
through the vehicle that is called intuitive, or ‘psychic’
sense. It is the “gut feeling” of approaching danger, excitement,
or the ability to read moods and vibrations not provable and discerned
through the five physical senses.
This chakra when vibrating
in harmony and accord with the Holy Christ Self and the other chakras
emits the violet light of the Seventh Ray. When the violet flame is
invoked it frees the soul to rise upward to the heart in love. The violet
flame also helps clear the other chakras of debris by transmuting the
accumulation of negative karma that would stop them spinning, especially
in the solar plexus. Violet is the color and wavelength of the age of
Aquarius, which is the seventh age and dispensation whose hierarch is
Saint Germain. 
With this gift of the violet flame in the physical, the long-awaited
age of opportunity for the soul to attain liberation from her karma
and the wheel of rebirth is available to us today.In order to heal the
mind and the emotions, the mastery of the seat-of-the-soul chakra is
needed, for that is the point in the planes of Mater whereby the light
of the heart must descend to infuse a distinct identity in God.
Archangel Zadkiel, as the Archangel of the Seventh Ray, initiates us
in the uses of freedom and the justice and mercy of the law in the seat-of-the-soul
chakra.
The sacrament of holy orders, corresponds to the seventh ray of the
seat-of-the-soul chakra.
Perversions
The soul, often through traumatic experiences, may become fragmented.
The soul also may go deep within the subconscious or even leave the
temple entirely. Where the soul is not in control of the temple, the
body may be invaded by dark forces. You are always in danger of losing
the components of your being through engaging in frequent or violent
manifestations of anger, argumentation or fear as well, and that you
need to be mindful in your outer awareness not to engage these. There
is always a choice made by the soul - to Be or not to Be, in any decision.
So the soul needs assistance from the outer awareness (where you make
outer choices) to educate her and free her from harmful beliefs.
The soul may be magnetized
back to wholeness, by prayer, by invocation to the Light for healing
and by love. For love is the key to form the strong magnet that will
not only draw all fragments to return back to her in the seat-of-the-soul
chakra, the heart chakra and the secret chamber of the heart, but is
one of the Ten Commandments “Love Thy Neighbor as Thyself.”
Which is to say, “Love thyself.” Love others as you love
yourself and love yourself as you love others, not in the ego sense
or in the idolatrous fashion, but in the understanding that all comes
from God and all are potential God Beings.The chakras below the heart
are surrounded by the “electronic belt,” the container that
holds all of our karma of previous lifetimes. The soul is centered in
the records of that karma, a party to the making of it, along with the
ego. The perversions through the soul chakra are intolerance, tacklessness,
cruelty, nonforgiveness and co-dependency.
The soul may contact the subconscious repository of these records and
karma of past lives as well as the core antithesis of the Real Self
lodged in the unconscious through the consistent use of prayer and invocation
to the Light. The transmutation of these records and negative karma
is essential to the freedom of soul and can be accomplished through
the use of the violet flame and Mother Mary’s Freedom Rosaries.
"For when the Light does quicken this third-eye chakra, then
the soul is awakened, then the soul truly has awareness; [and then
the soul begins her ascent within the pyramid of self]. But you have
taken on that awareness in increments, dictation by dictation, Pearl
by Pearl, decree by decree; [therefore you are also the ascending
ones]. Blessed ones, this stepping up of the vibration of the soul
of Light from the point of the seat-of-the-soul chakra to the point
of the third eye, that the soul might be able to sustain the Christ
presence at that level of the etheric octave, comes only after lifetimes
of directing [one’s energy and attention] upward to God in Love.
It is the quality of the heart that can sustain the attention at this
level. It is the quality of Love that magnetizes the Wisdom and the
Power. Thus, only those of profound devotion to God do become the

Meditation:
Center in your heart and
visualize a dazzling violet sun midpoint between the navel and the base
of the spine, the focal point for the purification of the soul.
Tune into the frequency of the violet flame and begin to feel the energies
of freedom, forgiveness, justice and mercy.
See the soul merging with the cosmic consciousness of God’s Mind,
by entering the violet sphere, and seeing all doubt and fear fling off
from the soul and replaced with bliss and happiness.
Visualize the soul rising into the arms of Omega, the Cosmic Mother,
and rising upward to the crown to meet Alpha, as the soul rises free
to be her individuality. Pray within your heart “In the name of
I AM THAT I AM,” for the freedom of the soul from the human will
and all forces and forcefields opposing the soul. Pray to Saint Germain
to strip you of all doubt and fear. You may visualize all the fears
and doubts you have put into a box with a lid. And when all the worries,
doubts and fears are placed in the box, close the lid and hand the box
to Saint Germain, who will instantly consume those energies. Accept
the return of the fire of freedom from Saint Germain’s purple
fiery heart, that will ignite your heart chakra, as the fiery love to
Be the flame of Freedom, mercy, forgiveness and justice.
As you feel the fires of your heart burning in fiery love, send out
that love to all your chakras. Then see the love fires leaving your
heart to awaken the souls of your loved ones, family, friends, your
nation and the earth. Continue sending out this love for as long as
is comfortable. And then see the fires of the heart return to the altar
within the secret chamber of the heart, where it will continue to burn
under the guidance of your God Self. Visualize
the Light of I AM THAT I AM sealing you in white Light surrounding the
four lower bodies in completion of this meditation.
